We bought ice cream & we were very satisfied with the taste of the two different flavors. The employee was super nice & friendly too. This was a good first time experience at a Michoacana.
Best place EVER! Fresh fruits is served every time, customer service is always welcoming and friendly. Ice cream is creamy and delicious. Place is always clean
the food is good but the service horrible its been 25 minutes and I'm still waiting on the drive thru for tacos. The cook needs to speed it up.

I really wanted to like what I had ordered, but unfortunately it wasn't what I anticipated. I ordered the "Chicken Bowl" combo which comes with a drink. The rice was mushy, the black beans were dry, the corn and guacamole was bland. Not to mention a bit overpriced. The Al Pastor burrito is good. But save your money and don't order the chicken bowl. You're better off ordering the pollo bowl from El Pollo Loco. Or even the Chicken Tostada from El Pollo Loco for the same price.
Super overpriced. I only came here because the regular one I always go to is being remolded, but a tostilocos a what is considered a small at my local one is considered a large there. It was $10! Just for a little cup of chips with chamoy! My mom made sure to ask for lots of fruits and they barely gave us anything! So stingy and rude and take FOREVER! I can’t wait for my local one to be back! They do much better and service much faster! They also are not as rude as here! Very upset dissatisfied and disappointed.
So,my family and I ordered alot I think..Churro bowl w/chocolate ice cream, chicken burrito w/everything, horchata latte w/lechera and whip cream, raspado, and cup of corn..The only thing wrong was she didn't clean the overfill of the Horchata cup, also she forgot the extra salsa we ordered and the top plastic of my churro bowl ..But, the food was delicious..I go back again.
Tostitos locos were good as well as the esquite but the food was not good at all. The shrimp tacos are a definitely no the shrimp is from a frozen bag very tasteless. Carne asada fries had barely any Carne asada and I got the tastelf.a cleaning solution. If you come here do not get any food just desserts
Love the ice cream here, so many different flavors to choose from. I would definitely be back to try their shakes.
MORE THEN ICE CREAM is an understatement, First and foremost the SERVICE was phenomenal Soooo polite and helpful. Second my Esquite was perfectttt exactly how I wanted it not dry at all I didn’t have to ask for a little more of anything just a little more chili powder. 3rd lol we had to try the mushroom tacos and when I tell you!!! Well worth the wait.We will most definitely be coming back for the breakfast menu especially that they gave us a coupon ?oh how could I almost forget the ICE CREAM no frost bite, creamy, and they had no problem letting us try the unique flavors.
