Ordered my dinner paid extra for breast didn’t get my 2pc of breast asked manager he told me to get lost and really don’t care because their franchise place is a joke
The cashier at the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional, she and a male customer were laughing, she messed up my order, he gave me the wrong drink on purpose , no straw, I asked for ketchup and she put hot sauce in the bag instead. Horrible service!!!!
Horrible!!!!! Was here today, picking up dinner for my Wife & I . 1st of all, there Menu Sign the lights were all out. I mentioned it to the lady on the speaker, and she said ' Yea, it's Broken' her attitude was like No Care in the World that the Lights were out. Had to use a Flashlight to see what to order. 2nd I ordered 1 combo 2 piece original with sides & 1 four piece with sides. Got home and the Chicken was HORRIBLE!!!! It seemed like this chicken had been sitting out for a long time , it was Discusting, Dry and had a certain Unpleasant Smell. We Threw out. Just seems these Youngsters working here have No Pride or care in there Product. Very very Disappointed & ruined my Dinner Moment with family.
I ordered the bucket that comes with 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings, and 2 breast. 27 dollars. This was through the drive thru. Got home to find out that they gave me no breast instead 2 more thighs. I didn't want the 20 dollar all dark meat bucket. Called but no one answered that night or the next day so I went back that next day with my debit card receipt. Took 20 minutes to get 7 dollars refunded to me from the manager who was arguing with me about the whole situation like I was lying. I will NEVER GO to this KFC EVER again. Matter of fact I haven't gone back to any since then.
Chicken was gooey inside, and was not freshly made AFTER I told them to make it fresh. -0/10 this place is DISGUSTING. NEVER EAT HERE.
I’m just not understanding if you close at 10pm and I make an online order that’s supposed to be ready at 9:01pm, why are you all closed?? I still haven’t received my $20 back from the order and why are your employees closing at 9pm if it’s posted on google that you close at 10pm? Sounds like your employees do what they want at this location. If you know you are closing early why are you excepting orders and funds? I need my money back ASAP
We ordered a 10:00 p.m. got the delivery on time but everything was Cold. Fries were old and tasted like leather. Chicken was overcooked dry and cold. I know that we ordered a half an hour before closing but everything should come out fresh regardless.
Found hairs in both the mashed potatoes & gravy and in our macaroni today. I will be turning them into the states food services. That’s is unsanitary, and in two separate items?! Yuck ??. Don’t eat here.
Terrible experience. Went through the drive-thru for my mobile order. When I arrived at the window they started handing me my 3 drinks, I asked for a cup holder, they said they just ran out. So I had to place one of the cups between my legs. A few minutes later they hand me my bag of food and I pull forward enough so they can begin helping the customer behind me while I check my order. They forgot 3 items, and I only purchased 3 meals. I then pull around to the front and try to enter but the doors are locked, I knock on the door and an employee opens the door, only says, "drive-thru" then shuts and locks the door immediately. I then call their number 5 times and no one answers. The drive-thru takes 15-20 mins to get through, they then hand me my missing food without the common "courtesy" item for wasting my time. I get home, and as I'm about to eat I realize they also forgot the utensils for 2 of my meals so now I have to dirty 2 forks for no reason. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.
Great service. if you say otherwise you’re the problem most likely lol!
