Check your order before you leave. I ordered what appeared to an 8 piece mixed meal for $28. However, when I got home, the meal only had legs, thighs and cold sides. I called KFC and got two stories from the same person. First he said I had to distinguish between mixed or legs and thighs when I placed my order. However the drive through menu did not indicate this rule. Furthermore, who pays $28 for legs and thighs? The second story was late at night (45 minutes before closing) they give legs and thighs because that’s what they have. This response seems to be more accurate. I would have appreciated being told this information when I placed my order. If I had known they did not have what I wanted, I would not have placed the order. I returned the order and it was refunded. This was a complete was of my time and gas. Now if they would just refund my gas for the order they botched.
At 2:34 p.m. on 4/22/22. The drive thru employees are trained to tell customers to reverse there vehicles at the drive thru window and wait so the timer doesn't run. That is pointless they should work appropriately and not ask customers to do meaningless things for their benefit. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I was completely dissatisfied with the window girls customer service and how unprofessional that comment was I left the KFC and told them keep the food the had already began to prepare for me.

Order a regular #8 5 pc chicken tenders with just hot sauce & ketchup for the fries a pepsi for a drink, combo being a medium, that's was it??? Not all this extra, definitely not necessarily. My bread smothered in some grease or sauce, why?? Pickles too, why?? Just wanted a simple meal not left overs.....?️?, Come on??
KFC is alright.Foid just isn't as good as it use to be.Chicken is super greasy and not as crunchy.Their Chicken sandos are pretty good.Employees at this location have always been super friendly. Especially a girl named Tiffani she's so sweet and always has such a great personality.
Great people at this location the food was hot and fresh everything I go not alot of place is

I grew up loving KFC but, I find myself being disappointed with their product lately. The food is rarely hot upon receiving the food. Today was no exception. Come on KFC, you're better than this.
I had a drive-through order on Highland in San Befnardino, and it was old; the breading was stale, so was the chicken; I will never buy from this particular store again. I love KFC, but this one store does not live up to its name.
Drive thru it’s horrible i went to get a family pack and 8 piece chicken strips when I went to the window they didn’t have my order only the chicken strips when I asked if they can add it because I had order it and asked for the manager the manager said oh I am sorry the girl that is at the drive thru has a hearing aid but that she couldn’t add it that I had to get out and go back on the line and order again when they’re the ones that made the mistake when I asked for her name she said it was Ariana and I told her I won’t forget your name because that’s my daughters name and she said are treating me I am going to get your plates and closed the window on me when I was just telling her I was going to call corporate to report her
