I have been going to JP for over 20 years. Recently the chicken salads at the 5th street store in SB appear to be made way in advance rather than freshly prepared. The lettuce is wilted, browning and even black from bruising. The tomato’s are dried out and tasteless. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No more chicken salads for me even though they use to be my favorite item on the menu.
This place is always clean and there service is fast. Staff is friendly and never had a problem with missing items. What I have notice is they work together as a team.
This is the best freshest Juan Pollo around. I drive to this location even though there is one by my house. Everything is on point fresh and the people are very friendly and quick to serve you! This is the spot!
Came here after touring the McDonald Museum. Albert Okura owned both locations. Opted the chicken salad. Great portion for the price. (Enough for lunch and dinner). Chicken skin was delicious, so don't skipped on it. The salsa had a mild kick on the hot level. And service was friendly and helpful.

If you havent been to Juan Pollo, you are missing out. The food here is delicious and their potato salad is a must. This place looks clean and newly remodeled. They're quick with excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed!!!

No joke this is the best Juan Pollo I've ever been to came here on a three-day 3:54 pm. My order was out I'm finished before I had the chance to pay. Amazing customer service!
