I’ve tried unsuccessfully to contact corporate due to possible cash fraud at the 193 E 40th St, San Bernardino, CA 92404 location. No one has returned my calls, emails etc.. the public needs to be careful at this location, also with your debit cards when they do take cards. The franchise will not do anything to help in this situation as you cannot reach them and employees refuse to give you info to contact the owner! The owner needs to know their employees are stealing cash! Be careful at this location!
Not my favorite fast food joint but always good and service and swiftly prepared! The establishment is well kept and very clean! If I had to come up with a complaint all I can come up with would be that @ sometime before I arrived another customer spilled soda on the fountain and I seen a very small mess left behind on it... but that doesn't bother me @ all.
The place was very clean. The cashier handle my order well. But I didn't like that she wouldn't ask me is it for her or to go. Although I told her it's for here, she placed my meal in a to go bag. And called me up to pickup at the counter. I found this unpleasant do to the fact I was sitting in my Walker at the disabled table. I thought she would bring it to me on a tray.
Second time i go and they also forgot the lettuce and tomato :(
They've gotten my order wrong a few times but it's the closest to my home.on the plus side they are quick.
I have to say, Rick (drive-thru taking order) is doing a great job for taking our orders' accurately and very informative to check the screen to make sure all orders are correct.In the kitchen on other hand, they need to wear MAGNIFYING GLASSES and triple sure that we have or got all of our orders as reciept accurately specified.I have to go back, because I or we ordered Patty-melt with bacon; when I arrived home, there's no bacon in it (see pictures attached).Whoever work in the kitchen, complaint like this; the manager should do some corrective actions to her/his employees to avoid having upset customer like me.
Tacos! Been over 20 years since I had them and they still tasted the same. My guilty pleasure
Only thing worth eating on the menu is the bacon Swiss buttery jack. Tacos are usually old or greasy so be prepared for a stomach ache. New sweet cream coffee is pre-made and honestly taste like the regular iced coffee lol. Only recommend if you don't have any other options
I try not to complain, but I got up out of bed for the fries, the line was out and around the parking lot, I waited and waited, finally got to the drive thru, that lady was super cool! However!!! Got my ? ,digging in my bag, I felt instantly and noticed the fried were ☃️ ? ❄ COLD, ?..I started to come back, but I'm sleepy ?...I'm just saying..
Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and every one was burnt and they still have them to me.. lol gonna drive the extra few minutes and hit up a different location.
