I have been to this place TWICE. TWICE. And the first time, it was Cash only. The second time, it was only Door dash orders. Needless to say, we didn't get any food.I love Jack In The Box but this restaurant is horrible.
I went last night to grab some grub with my buddies. The employees were not organized or efficient.We waited 5 minutes at the register before someone came to attend us. We ordered 2 popcorn chicken boxes and verified the order with the employee. Yet when we got the receipt they only charged us for 1 so we had to do another transaction for the other one.I also ordered 2 breakfast jacks with no meat, extra egg, extra cheese, plus lettuce tomatoes and onions. Checking the receipt I was charged for the extra egg. When I got home and was excited to eat it, I was disappointed by the fact that there was no egg in my sandwich. Lol So I paid to have double egg on both my sandwiches, but got none ?
This jack in the box place at is clean neat and the meals are great yummy tasted , and also the servers and services are great sweet kindness people
Miss Illiana is absolutely amazing. I felt so bad to ask her to separate everything but that's what the customer asked me for the delivery I was on. She nit only prepared the food, packaged but also was helping cashier I couldn't believe my eyes! She is a super star. Thank you miss Illiana
The guy got my shake wrong and then tried to charge me for a second shake even when he didn't let me keep the wrong shake and then he forgot to give me my drink. I spent $20 on a chicken tender combo, egg rolls, and a shake. To much for my order to be that wrong. And they weren't busy I was the only one there. Maybe this is a constant thing and that's why nobody is there. Straight trash.
Came here on my lunch break 9pm waited in the drive thru about 10 min grabbed a couple of fries as I drove off and they was cold I pushed them to the side and grabbed the burger but it was cold to after forcing myself to take the second bite I decided against a third bite I had no time to double back to complain about my order but I was still hungry and very disappointed I tried calling to complain but the phones go to a voicmail that's not set up I'm mad and disappointed
Got home and seen I had the wrong order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a burger instead. Night shift is a joke how you get the drink right but the sandwich wrong I almost feel it was done on purpose.

I asked for two plain hamburgers with secret sauce on the side, and they gave me Ketchup after I asked twice. The burgers were old; they made me sick. I ordered two shakes, and the vanilla one I ordered looked like custard and tasted awful. I don't know what they did to it so when I got to work I threw it away.I was sick for the rest of the night at work. I won't be coming back here again.
