The one on Highland and Del Rosa has nice staff on the graveyard shift....the company needs to get their open and closed times in sync with the employees...but still had great service in spite of the time confusion.
Food is good, but the service is slow and who ever heard of a fast food restaurant that doesn't give refills on a drink. That's just a rip off!!!
I have gone recently and the service was bad, everyone is too focused on the drive thru and only one person to manage the front. Poor girl looked stressed & had no help. But also she was managing money and touching food without gloves and going outside to give orders to those from drive thru. People were waiting more than 10 minutes just to order food. If you go do not go during a lunch break, they take forever to give you your order.
DO NOT ORDER THRU APP!!!!They will not have it in the system and they will not issue a refund even with bank statements or showing the app cause clearly refunds and order numbers aren’t a thing in the restaurant world
A guy working the night drive thru is just plain rude, if you dnt like your job, do us all a favor and get one you love. And I asked for curly frys and I got regular frys like bruh
Apparently their not associated with their owe app stole $30+ from us said they don’t have our order and made us wait just to tell us idk what you want us to do about it even tho we should them proof that we paid for it and everything they said it wasn’t there problem
Awful customer service employees extremely rude never going back again. One of the employees slammed the food at me. Also they give the wrong order and they don't even care.
Why do you get asked to wait for your food in the front when nobody is behind you in the drive thru?
Starting to have specials at a higher cost. Good burgers when fresh.
I grab me a hamburger with a double padding went to good but I still ate it
