I didn't wanna give fewer stars cuz the food is fresh & hot. But I keep asking them where is the salsa that's supposed to be on my tacos and they keep gaslighting me about "it's on there" when it's not. Over and over again. I have actually watched them NOT put it on. So why not just admit their not putting on the salsa...So I can bring my own! Or stop buying them. The food is usually good so I only have this MAJOR complaint. Cuz brother the salsa is what makes it! You know? Stop playin!
Most nights when I come to this location I order churros and for some reason they always forget to give them to me so hope you guys are enjoying the free churros other than that the food here is pretty good I wish they had more vegan options and vegetarian options
The food is always cold and stale this store used to be good now it’s just like all the other jack in the box terrible the only thing I will order is the cheesecake
One a few places around that has dine in service. Just love the Jumbo Jack with cheese (ask for the secret sauce pack).Restaurant was very clean, order was correct, and yummy!
Asked for and paid for extra patty on burger didnt get it paid for large grilled chicken patty got less than what would cover les than half of bun. Tried calling twice sent to voicemail. Just don't waist time or money here
Horrible service, cold fries and cold food. Don’t come here go to the one on Del Rosa.
Food was good but fries tasted as if they say a bit before serving; warm about to get cold.
Always cold and old ... Today order was wrong they did fix it but cheese was not melted and hamburger was cold egg roll was good tho
One of my favorite places.Jack if you can read this. I really love your menu. You are so creative .The Jack's Restaurant I visit the most is the BEST one.Customer service 10/10. From one of your loyal customers please get bigger ice makers, more ice cream shakes available. That's one of the problems across America. I have traveled long and far and to find a Jack's Restaurant far away , hungry thirsty and know i can count on a milk shake to happen,is priceless
This Jack in the box in particular always gets my order correct. They are very polite every time I go through the drive-thru. I usually speak to night shift workers and they make my food the best every time. Thank you very much!
