on 4/27/2022 @ 2127 I went thru drive thru. I ordered a # 7 with ketchup only. When we got the order, it had mayonnaise. I told girl at the window it was wrong, she rudely said I have mayonnaise only I told her it was ketchup only then she rudely said well I didn't take the order, I replied it is wrong whoever took the order please remake it. she snatched the bag from me I asked for her name and she told me I didn't need it I told her I was going to report her and her reply was go ahead nothing is going to happen. I come thru there a least 4 x a week. not anymore. I asked for the manager name and number and they didn't have writing instrument. The head person that night said her name was Vanessa.
Believe me is not because the $.20 cents I pay extra for the cook onion is just because i feel the chef is playing with my feelings we buy an shake so they gives us without wimpy cream and again they not even mention they are out of it plus on the app said pick up at counter so when i get there I try to open the door and was close the people inside see me and everyone turns around without said anything
This jack is getting worse by the day.I wanted pancakes and was told they weren't doing Pancakes at that time,when the menu says breakfast all day.All they have to do is put the mini pancakes on the microwave and that's it.Also food is given all cold,like it's been seating there for a while..Drive thru screen is coming apart..Looks really dirty they aren't keep it up with Maintenance..
Terrible customer service and rude employee. Ordered through door dash and went to pick up only to be met with a employee who didn't want to provide me my order and was very rude asking me unreasonably ridiculous questions about why I ordered through door dash.
Place is always packed but moves pretty quick. Been a few times they were supposed to be open and when I got there to pick up a for dash order they were closed for no reason at all. Sure there was a reason, now if it was a good reason I don't know. But it's fast food. The staff is cool unless your homeless then they will treat you like a low life.
I bought curly fries and didn't turn out to be curly fries. And curly fires was hard. Very bad service. I would never come back ever again.
Got to the drive tru at 9:45pm the staff was so rude when I greeted hello. They just yelled were closed. Didn’t even say hello or sorry we closed early. Why dont you change your hours online. So that people dont come up on the drive tru window.

We got Caramel Iced Coffee, a great wake up in the morning.
Got to drive thru at 955pm they had a sign posted that they close at 10pm. At the order box they informed they are closed, I told them the note says 10pm, told us everything was shut down.. I told her I only wanted coffee... So that's what I got but couldn't order any food...
