Went for food, stopped in bathroom to wash hands. I was sickened by the filthy bathroom. No way would I buy food to eat. Left real quick. Yuck very unsanitary. Where's the health department in this side of town. Oh wait low income area, so nobody cares. Its shameful, no wander everyone drives to Redlands when eating out. Take a hint, city hall focus on community they need you to look at this. Keep the many here, but who's spending money on these dirty eateries. Shame on all.
Worst customer service! A couple of days ago they had issues with their system and they forgot to give me my coffee. I brought it to the attention of a young "manager" this morning 04/07/2022. He said they could not give me a free coffee, I wasn't asking for one I was letting them know the issue. It's sad that big corps don't train their so called "manager". I came back after many years of not buying from them or most fast foods. Thought I would give them a try, I was wrong.
Good food and clean inside better than expected
Sometimes I'll go out late me n a buddy and we'll have a couple of hamburgers so we pick it up and they're always good from Jack in The box so far and I keep going there at least they're open
Stay here long enough and you'll get a show! This is definitely an entertaining location, lol.
Cold fries, horrible customer service, wrong order, homeless begging... They intentionally put the wrong phone number on the receipt so when you do decide to call and complain, you can't... Then when you have to go to the companies website to find the correct number you can't do that either because they never answer the phone, and if they do answer they pick up the phone and won't say anything and hang up in your face.. My advice is to avoid this store all together... Just a sorry restaurant. Smfh.
It ok service wasn't all that great cashier was very nice and cool but food was a no no
Service is not too bad but the lines are always long and most of the time they get my orders wrong but the people try to be nice and they will refix your order
Had to wait a while but it was worth it and everything was hot and they love the food
Got 2 breakfast platters and the sausage was old looked nasty do better make sure y’all not serving expired foood
