WARNING... 02/18/2022Drive-thru customers be advised; if you pay with debit/credit they will Not hand you a receipt. This has happen to me more than once at this exact place with their night shift crew even when paying with cash. I am not keeping quiet about it this time. Inflation has gone up and we all need to eat in order to survive.Once they hand over your food to drive off, they will stop you and say that the transaction didn't go through. If you try arguing it, they'll ask to see the receipt. Makes no sense, right? I had to pay twice after receiving the food, and the second time was with cash. And I told them to keep the receipt.Why would they hand you food, if the transaction didn't fail in the first place you may ask. I asked the same thing. This isn't the first time it's happen to me, and again, these actions only take place during their night shift crew. A factor may be that my friends were drunk and the smell of alcohol was over powering making the employees believe everyone in the car were intoxicated.I do believe this place takes advantage of their loyal customers that are under the influence of any substances and customers not concentrating when paying. I ordered curly fries for myself and received regular room temperature fries, the burgers were also room temperature since I order them with no cheese.Be careful when ordering and paying at this place, and Always ask for a receipt even when paying with cash.Ask for a receipt Anywhere you order food from.
It was decent not the best neighborhood. So I went here to dine in. inside dining was closed so went through the drive thru. then sat and ate in my car but just felt like I had to keep an eye out due to how many homeless where about. Order was correct good was done right.
They always seem to have an excuse to be closed at night after i get off work. Even though it supposed to be 24hrs drive through

Every, I mean every single time I get the sourdough Jack meal the sourdough Jack is cold it is never hot. The meat is cold the cheese isn't melted and then you put the cold ketchup and mayonnaise and tomato it really gets cold never from this place do I ever get it hot. ?.
10/27/2021 we were waiting outside and they were supposed to be open at 4:30am. An older lady comes out and says they’re not opening til 6:00am in a rude manner. A customer told her that she was gonna call corporate, and the employee responded with “Go Ahead!” And walked back inside. This is no way to treat customers, but this is expected with low paying jobs.
I eat there all the time it was good very nice people there
As I was trying to order cashier needed to ask supervisor...The supervisor start giving asnwers before he'd let me ask a question.He then try to finish my order before I was allowed to complete.At the end of my visit I suggested to supervisor " that listening to customers is big part of customer service". Wished him a good day and left
mY order was all messed up..on top of that the girl who fixed my order had an attitude...and my food was cold..I won't be going back to that jack in the box..bad service
