They messed up my orderI call the restaurant n they give me attitudeThey tell me I can go get what they forgot to put in my bag like if gas prices are so cheap.Still have to wait 15 minutes to get my stuff when the rest of my family is at home already enjoying their breakfast smh
The first time my family and I came here we had good service and good food. The second time we came I noticed a sign in the window that said they had job openings for a cook ?. Well it was apparent. The kitchen was having a real hard time keep up with the demand. Hash browns were almost burnt and pancakes were very doughy lightly cooked. I was a bit disappointed but then again, there was a sign on the window for job openings for a cook. Our waitress was pleasant but we hardly saw her. She finally brought us our bill and told us that she would take it to the register so we waited......and waited.....and waited......we were now hostages. Finally, another server went by and he took our money and bill. We then waited......and waited again until I finally flagged down our waitress and then she went and got our change. I think I grew another grey hair from waiting so long. But she was pleasant and probably really stressed out because of kitchen issues and lack of help so I gotta give kudos for hanging in there.
My husband n kids love eating at IHOP.
They really hustle. And everything was done right the first time. We were really pleasantly surprised. The young lady who sat us gave us the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. She was inviting and sweet and didn’t mind accommodating us as soon as she could . Even when I could tell they were at max capacity they really didn’t let it show. Our waitress was quick to refill our drinks and sugars as with the whole row of tables that were full. She was non stop moving. And didn’t miss a thing. Quality food and truly the best service. I’d recommend . Regards to the staff because y’all really made our night.
My family doesn't like this IHOP!Their food doesn't taste the same as other locations.Like the pancakes taste horrible and everything taste like it was made the day before.We all agree that this location needs a lot of help.
It was good. Although the bacon wasn't cooked all the 2ay nut they re issued me a cooked bacon. The customer service was good. We got our food pretty quick too.
The food is amazing! The service was excellent! However, the prices are outrageous now! When coffee costs $3.49, that is “over the top” & beyond “shocking”! Food may have gone up but not coffee! Will not be going back for a long time! $17.00 for breakfast for one person is waaaay too much! Had a discounted menu but I wanted the Swedish crepes. $13.00 a plate is A Lot!!!
Went for breakfast to break my two day fast. Best decision ever. My waitress was so helpful and patient with me. I'm speech impaired so I have order by typing on my phone, and she was not bothered or inpatient at all. She kept checking up on me through me stay to make sure I didn't need anything since I can't call her over, which I appreciated greatly. I don't remember her name but she gave excellent service and will go back just for her. Great job girl.
I wanted to go some place that my kids would enjoy and I was really disappointed. I know IHOP is a cheap place, but I didn't expect it to be cold eggs and burnt bacon cheap. I basically had hashbrowns and pancakes for breakfast because I didn't want to eat anything else. My kids enjoyed their pancakes but also didnt eat anything else they were served. I won't be going back to IHOP any time soon.
Clean friendly good food. The server was a little busy because she was alone. But she did a very good job as being working the front alone
