Absolutely the best wings I've ever had!We were only in this area for a short time, but I will defiantly eat here again if were ever close enough!!
I usually go to a different spot for my wing cravings but I wanted to try something new and gave this place a try. Their buffalo is good but the wings could be drenched in a little more flavor, the lemon pepper tasted great and the garlic parmesan was the perfect crispness and new flavor I was looking for. The only downer was the small ranch they give you. I had 20 wings, cajun fries, veggie sticks and by my 4th wing I was almost out of ranch which sucked because I had to use a different type and my food didn't taste the same. I would come back but would ask for the buffalo to be extra saucy and order a bucket of their ranch.
The food is always delicious but unfortunately the levels of spice vary depending on who's cooking it so one day you can come in and order something you thought was fine before and have it be too hot to eat the next day. (And they will refuse to make it again unless you pay full price)
Foods good but unfortunately ran into a very rude employee. Wanted to argue you with me over how 5 wings were prepared for my order. The employee made it seem like it wasn't a big deal if I wanted to talk to the manager. My complaint wasn't about the miscommunication with the food but it was for that particular employee acting rude. Making comments like "well you came at me". All because my order was wrong. The manager Andrew wouldn't give me the employees name as I requested and also wanted to talk about the miscommunication with the food and DID NOT want to acknowledge the employee who was being rude. Hopefully ownership cares and reads this. If so I'm glad to take a phone call and discuss more.
Open till 11pm on google and showed up they were open a worker was outside said we are closed but then stopped and asked what did you wanna order we reply with what we wanted then he replied oh no we don’t have that. Sad how the younger generation will shut down a place 1hr 30min because they don’t wanna cook and are lazy. Will not go to firewings again.
The three stars are for the food, I like the food that’s why I keep coming back lol, however their customer service is absolutely in the garbage trash, the way they talk to customers and their entire get down, I wouldn’t be surprised if somebody gets upset. I tried calling to place a phone order for lunch and they cut the phone so no calls would get through, that’s pretty disrespectful if you ask me. Overall, the employees don’t appear to have a reason to be employed by the way they just hang around and laugh, let alone know what they’re doing. Food is great but, maybe at another location for human decency.
Pleasantly surprised! The wait time wasn’t what I hoped for (20 minutes for 20 wings) but they were very tasty. The classic buffalo was nice, just needs a little more vinegar, the Cali rub was a good wing to dip and our all around favorite was the Thai Chili. Definitely would recommend it, the chicken itself was well cooked. We’ll be back to try some of the other flavors.
Delicious wings, plenty of good flavors. The prices are decent, they have tvs to watch games and even a few different beers on tap. Probably the best wings in San Bernardino.
We came here because we were going to get elotes from the michoacana but they said There's no more we would have to wait 40-50 minute's....we were not going to wait that long for elotes,babe told me so what do we eat,I said wings,we searched up a place because we know Wingstop takes forever....we were pleasantly surprised.wings go at it with wingstop.their mango habanero may even be better.the stampede is definitely hotter that Wingstop's HOT.fries are better but chili cheese fries were meh. .Also they have a slight crunch to them compared to Wingstop.the wait is half as long as Wingstop.
Food is ok, but they really need to speed up the customer service and clean up the place. You have 3 cashiers joking around behind the counter no line and napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor. Checked in for my order wasn't ready, waited 20 mins asked again to find out they had it sitting for about 10 mins. Black young man in dreads kicking boxes brom behind the counter, wasn't sure if he worked there or went to hang out. Turn off for sure.
