This location is extremely clean, dined in and was amazed at how neat and kept the dining area was. The foundation station was not dirty.The service was okay, they prepared my food very quickly though. Food tasted good and was as ordered.Overall, enjoyable experience eating at this particular pollo loco. Would come back since they offer fast service, good flavored food, and reasonable prices.
Love me my el Pollo Loco. You can't go wrong and I'm in love with the taquito salads. Perfect crunch with a little healthy.
The taste of grilled chicken is a best and avocado salad is so good.
Most of the time something mussing on my order and today it wasn't the except...I went in my lunch time (30min) I order a chicken tortilla soup and when I am ready to eat, it was just the soup, no tortilla strips no condiments at all.Totally dissapoint it. ??
Unfortunately with the short staffing everywhere, service lags. Our orders have not been correct a few times but food was alright.
The server not profesional , Make sure check your order before leaving store. I odered 3 pc ( 2 breast 1 wing ) and i got only 1 breast. I had to come back to claim the missing order . Wasting my time .
I don't know what happen to this place but the last two times I've gone to this specific one they get at least 1 item wrong. The last time I ordered the nachos with taquitos and when I got home they just gave me the nachos with no taquitos which they charged me for. NOW today I ordered one tamale on the side INSTEAD I got a Quesadilla!! I shouldn't get charged for food I didn't order if this is a problem! IMPORTANT!! So Please people before taking off make sure you check your order!!!
They were out of food. I had to change our order twice because of lack the of tortillas No chips for nachos. Limited sides...this was very odd. It was only about 915 pm
Line is too long. Could not find parking. Had hard time to get out parking lot.. Waited about 45 to 1 hour. Staff not very friendly.
So disappointed I was so hyped to try the Crunchy taco considering it's only for October. I chose hard shell taco over soft any day of the week. To get this taco you have to order online or through the app. I place an order that took about 20 minutes. I live about 5 minutes away pick it up got home and it was so soggy like it had been sitting for a while. It was breaking apart as soon I took off the foil.
