This El Pollo Loco has a lot of room for improvements.Employees always seem to be somewhere else...Like they aren't on this planet.Every time we go they are slow and you have to repeat your order numerous times.Takes forever even though your the only person in line.A few times I got the wrong order or missing items.Also on a few occasions we received raw pink undercooked chicken.So needless to say we won't be coming back to this location.
Super quick through the drive thru on a Sunday evening. Very friendly person working the window. Great deal on the food we ordered. Value was good. Food was a 4 out of 5. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was a bit dry. The chips were good though some of them were a bit greasy. I would go back.
I really hate this location I’m frustrated it’s the closest one to my house. Every single time i come here they mess up my order no matter what every single time customer service is horrible they make your food wrong then get mad at you for speaking up chicken was burnt everything horrible
Great place to get a haircut.. The owner Alfonso is the people's champion..a staple of the community along with its variety of clientele.. This guy treats his customers like they're his canvas and he's the Picasso
By far the worst experience did online order for curbside pickup got there after stating here no one ever came to my car went inside cuz I decided I wanted a drink and was in line for 20mins and my order wasn't even ready until I got to the counter they were jus making it I ended up being late to work even though I ordered and left early I will not return to this location again.
Never been to this Pollo loco in San Bernardino. Not sure if it's franchise owned our national brand. But this chicken was tasteless undercooked . Not happy with it . Pollo loco is my husband's favorite food , favorite food , can't tell you how much he loves it. When he travels outside the USA and returns home . We have to stop and eat at El pollo loco. Ok , well we had our usuals , Mixed chicken well done but not burned , rice , mash potatoes, pintos flour tortillas ,. Well like I said . This chicken was tasteless. The mash potatoes took over in flavor. It all tasted like mash potatoes. My husband was not happy at all . He felt disgusted , my stomach got bloted . Good thing this place was a one time thing. Best , best Pollo loco is the original in LA . In Alvarado street and Pico. Second for us is , Pollo loco in Moreno Valley on Perris and JFk.
It was nice just needed a quick bite. It was nice and cozy to get lunch with my gentleman friend in the rain. Food was good and the price was right.
Drive thru is usually fast. Sure wish I'd get some consistency on the amount of chicken! All n all its ok...except when their out of Mac n cheese
They are good about taking your order getting it right that's the line moves pretty efficiently food not bad it always tastes fresh
