Called domino's yesterday Saturday the 11th I called to order a pizza they put me on hold then got disconnected called again employee told me they couldn't take my order after waiting and getting hung upon previous call got hung up again called domino's again got the same response unable to take my order explained to talk to a manager Apperently he was the manager I explained to him that this was a business and that you never tell a customer you can't take their order don't know what else to say but this domino's location is unprofessional instead I had to order pizza hut and domino's lost a customer and if it was to me I would fire that employee or train them better not to be rude when people are calling to make order's
Im usually satisfied when i order from this Dominos. I dont usually call in my order. Today i did. The manager told me she was very busy when i asked about the online price difference of what she was charging me.The sausage marinara pasta had six pieces of sausage on top but none throughout but it was tons of pasta The chicken carbonora barely had anything in the container i believe it was Abigail the manager on the receipt
This dominos location is always very busy and I appreciate all the hard work their employees do to keep up with the quality of the pizzas! Thank you all for the great food & your hard work! You guys deserve raises! All of you!
On top of paying $72 and some change our pizza arrived two hours late. The pizza, pasta, and wings were cold. Honestly not the best service we’ve had from this establishment. If there were a way to receive a full refund that would be great but I will no longer be ordering pizza from ANY Domino’s establishment again. I would leave 0 stars if I can but unfortunately that isn’t an option. I understand that maybe there is an issue with being under staffed but given the circumstances it would have been nice to receive a call to inform us that the delivery would be stalled for 2 hours.
I’ve ordered from this location and leave instructions to leave my pizza at the door. For the most part, it gets done but other times they take 2 hours to deliver your order or cancel the order because no one answered the phone when the contactless delivery method instruction is to leave at the door! It’s inconvenient when restaurants are not clear with delivery requirements. If part of delivery requirements is for someone to answer the phone call and be present at the door, don’t give the contactless option at check out. This restaurant needs to improve on customer satisfaction.
Order the pizza at 3:55 or 3:50 PM and here it is 515 and I called the store and they said oh it’s gonna be another half hour 45 minutes before they can deliver it so I had to cancel my order. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Domino’s anytime soon.
Really bad experience here they took 2 hours to made a XL pepperoni pizza and then they give me a Large pizza. A guy with that attitudethat’s why I am paying for I’m not asking for free
Chicken Alfredo pizza with spinach and olives.Seems healthy to me.Its the only thing I like. Medium size only so get extras ??
I had the same experience that some of the other reviewers went through when I called to speak to the manager the lady who answered said "This is the manager" and I had to tell her if you are the manager what is your name? She then stated it was Teresa. Got no where with her due to her attitude and her lack of customer service, it is horrible! Reached out to corporate for a refund and to complain about her. If she can't handle any customer calls professionally she should not be in this line of work! This location needs a better manager, until then never buying from this location again!
Applause to all the employees they perfom under stress and deliver quality with great customer service. Im really proud of them for keeping their professional shirts on! because this store on Highland ave. & Del Rosa put up with too too much people forget their manners and that we are all humans not computers or robots.
