45 mins and they said they had the wrong phone # so it was returned to the store. I order online just like I have for the last 5 years and it didn't ask for my #. Strange that for 5 years they had the right #. The manager said I could either have that order or a refund didn't want to eat hour old pasta and pizza asked him for a fresh pie and he said no. Last time I ever order from them!!
I have been ordering pizza from here for years and have had the same account but for some reason the girl working there said I gave the wrong address and had a big attitude about it. She said she called me 20 times. I do not have 20 missed calls she was very rude.
All these people complaining about this place but continue to go there because that's all they could afford. I work nearby and I'm a regular costumer and I see the kind of people these employees have to deal with. The rudest, no common sense, uneducated and demanding costumers. Atleast they're working and not at home getting unemployment. Give them a break after all it's only pizza. The food is okay not the greatest but obviously you get what you pay for. The pan pizza is pretty good for the price. ?
The staff shows a huge lack of urgency during rushes, there is never a manager when needed, they gave me someone else's order after asking my name more than 3 times. Their drivers give attitude and dirty looks if not tipped. They even start cancelling and shutting things off 30 minutes before closing. This store is one of the most unprofessional I've seen within the city.
Their delivery drivers drive like Mariacs , they threaten their customers & use profanity . I know this is San Bernardino!! But we really need to do better these employees are out here embarrassing us !!STILL WAITING FOR YOUR GENERAL MANAGER TO CALL ME maybe I should go in myself because I feel this is all a fraud
I like Domino's Pizza it's not greasy like a lot of other pizzas and I really like the topping options
Today I rate this location 1 if I were able to do less I would. One of the staff members called and said they were closed because they were short staffed. I guess they didn't want my money today. I know that if I were one of the employees I'd let the customer know about the situation. Then I would give them the option cancelling the order or continue. If the customer takes the second choice then I would proceed on letting them know that the order will be ready in so many minutes and that they would have to pick it up.That would be considered going the extra mile and providing great customer service. ?
So disappointed this is the 3rd time I have ordered extra cheese on my pizza and it's seems like they put less can barely taste cheese let alone see it!! So mad my fault for not checking the box before leaving...ughhh
I went into the store to pay with Apple Pay didn't have it available at the time but the day before they did so I didnt pay walked out .. but what really discussed me is there was no glove worn when they lady there way making food she came to the register touches money and the keyboard mouse and just go back to tough the food worn no mask I will not be ordering for here ever again
