First time I came in here was months ago and it was the most unorganized just ridiculously slow, unworkable mess of an experience I've ever seen 3 hours just for some food but it seems that they have figured their stuff out and they got some competent workers .they had my order ready before I entered the building. Both my orders this week were on time and the wings are not bad now. Looks like they have found thier Grove seemingly, I will be coming back . That Dr.Pepper sause tho ?
First time coming to this location: the place is clean but the staff is a little slow on taking orders and prepping the food. For some reason the food didn't taste as good as I remember it. I got the brisket and pulled pork, they both tasted good and the BBQ sauce is real tasty. I was disappointed in the potato casserole though as it used to be my favorite and now its flavorless and I felt like I was eating baby food. I would probably not be back any time soon.
Great place for lunch. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Best Dickeys I've been to.
Server seemed to have a bad attitude. Small dog in the kitchen. The brisket is usually very tender, but this one was extremely tough and fatty.

Order was completely wrong didn't give me any of the condiments I asked for left things out my order, the bake beans tasted like straight out the can....I'll be willing to try again but take out service is not on point at all....like they just throw s**t in the bag to get you out of there!
This store is right by Cal State San Bernandino. During our lunch break we went here yesterday. We ordered some pulled pork sandwiches with some mac and beans. Sandwiches were good and had some good flavor. The was nice and clean, too.
Food is delicious, little overpriced but hey you get what you pay for!
Ordered delivery. Spent 40$ & it was honestly not good and my beans were hard. I’ve been trying to try them forever. I also think they have a wings I ordered from here before. I’m good. There’s always a first time for everything just not for me.
