I ordered a delivery as my birthday breakfast while in town. The order was delivered without my coffee. The worst part is that coffee was circled on the receipt.I called the restaurant, was promised a call back and waited on that call back...NOTHING! I called the customer support online. I was told to call the store. I called again and still NOTHING! I guess I have to eat my $3.59 which is alot of money for nothing! They will never get my business again!!
This place is the best I don't understand all the negative reviews if you have to complain stay home and cook your meals. Every one at this Denny's are very kind and helpful the orders are always correct and some of the staff go way beyond helpful with my mommy thank you keep up the great service I love the food and always hot even when I order to go.
Passed up two Denny's because we like this one. Were turned away because all the waiters were on break and not seating anyone. Everyone knows that's a lie, the place was empty.
Update-3/23/22 Bad service today, tables not cleaned even though the place was almost empty. Our waitress was too distracted chatting it up with another customer to get our complete order right and our check right, then left us waiting with food sitting under the light. Not kool. The food was GOOD!A little slow on service, food was great!
I ordered an Original Slam (two eggs, two pancakes, two pieces of bacon or sausage). I was very clear what I wanted because it's not on the latest menu. The server agreed and left. She returned with something I did not order. It was an Original Grand Slam ( two pancakes, two eggs, two pieces of bacon AND sausage). The cost for that order was $14+. The Original Slam is between $5 and $6. The server insisted she was right in charging me for a meal that I didn't order because the meal I ordered wasn't on the menu. She didn't suggest the senior menu. I've eaten in lots of restaurants and never had to pay for something I didn't order. I won't be back to this Denny's; there are plenty of other Denny's along the road.
Went in to dennys for my free birthday grand slam. Every thing was smooth and no hassles at all. The waiter I had was very thorough and the food came out exceptionally fast. I was very pleased at how organized and clean this dennys appeared to be. I will no longer be wasting my time at any other dennys and Will be visiting here from now on. There was plenty of parking and plenty of seating. I didn't feel rushed at all and overall was very happy with my visit. Thanks again
I decided to take the kids out to dinner since all the electricity in our city as well as a chunk of those surrounding us was out, for an unforseen amount of time. It was just, one of THOSE days, and I wasn't going to add my mealtime preparation ineptness make a bad day worse.When we walked in, there was one table leaving, one finishing up, and one that had barely been seated. The smallest of those groups was a party of 5.Then, a server, who should have been decked out in a combo iron man/Black Panther/spider man . She was working the whole floor, alone. And doing a marvelous job.Now, the food, conversely, was not how I remembered. Super bummer because I LOVED their hçfonion rings. And I mean.
Saturday afternoon about 3pm we ran to this diner that looked like it wasn't that old but it felt older that's for sure! the waitress we had was very nice I couldn't see her name on her name tag or I would have mentioned her on that! the Nashville Hot Chicken Melt that I had was not tasty at all but it was HOT I wouldn't have it again that's for sure it looked nice also the regular fries tasted very bland luckily I had ranch dressing for it so I probably wouldn't come back here if I'm in the area and hungry that's for sure and that suck because I always like Denny's franchise growing up!
The food is good, but I literally have to flag someone down for refills...I would end up finishing my drink before the food gets to the table and it wasn't that busy.... plus the ceiling is falling apart in the corners and is starting to look ghetto, also in the women's restroom there is a stall that is missing four tiles on the floor and you can see the cement when you wash your hands in the bathroom the water is always ice cold next time I'm there I will post a picture. The only girl who went out or her way to get my table refills had black and pink hair I wish I had her instead...
