This was a very disappointing visit. Ordered a small and medium fry and the fries were overly greasy which was odd since that is not the norm for Del Taco. They usually have the best fries. I ordered a Del Burger. It was ok. I also ordered a snack size chocolate shake and there was so little chocolate that it actually looked like and tasted like vanilla. The two snack tacos that were ordered were ok, but a little lacking on the meet though there was a good amount of cheese.Biggest issue was that my niece ordered a carne asada taco and we didn't realize until we were a good bit away from the location that they had given her something that looked like a quesadilla but had about four little pieces of meat and some salsa or something on it. Problem is she can't have gluten so she was unable to eat it.Also, the girl working the window seemed confused and struggling a bit. She may have been new.The other thing that I found sooooo annoying, and a lot of places are pulling this, is, "oh I don't have all your change, is that ok". My opinion is that if the place can't give you your full change then give you the overage. In this case it was three cents, but give a nickel back in the change rather than have the customers take the loss. If you look at all the places doing this, they are making 1000's and thousands of dollars penny by penny. Just my personal rant. Lol
So first I want to start this review by saying ALAN IS GREAT! Tall white guy in the morning. He is SUPER NICE! I bought a sprite pear popper and loved it. I went back there later in the site when the "Assistant Manager" was working. She is a short Mexican lady. I asked for the same drink I bought earlier in the day. She said that they weren't selling them yet. LOL I had bought one earlier that same day! Then I told her that, and she called my wife and I a LIAR!! Are you kidding? Why would we lie about buying a drink? That was ridiculous. ALAN should be assistant manager instead of her. #TEAM ALAN!!!!

They didn't give me my quesadilla that I ordered. It was a plain cheese quesadilla. Everything else I did receive.
Always get the steak burrito...and it is dee lish ish ness. There is no photo I ate the evidence but next time I'll post.
These people are always professional friendly and clean I appreciate their service and they're good attitudes
I wish their food was a bit like what they were advertising. However, the prices are good for what they offer.
Quick drive thru service. Friendly staff. I go here instead of the other store in Redlands. Highly recommended.

Service is average. Cleanliness is average. If you like burgers with lots of junk on them, then try somewhere else as you'll get more for your money.If you want a burger with top quality meat then this is the place for you. The best burger in the area if you eat burgers that aren't buried in mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, etc, etc, etc. You know, the ones where you can actually taste the beef.
