Giving this place a 1 star because i could not get help by the store employee due to the fact that she was busy on a personal phone call talking about her friends baby daddy! I dont know what type of business this place is running but personal cell phone use while on the clock should be a coachable offense in any retail situation. Please get your staff in check
I ordered and paid for a cake. I was told 24 hrs. Went back the next day, it wasn't ready. I was informed the manager left and the cake never set. I'm still waiting for my refund. It has been a week.

Second time coming to this location in 2 weeks and they do not have half of the ingredients to make any of the signature ice cream flavors. I asked for a certain size and they said they don't have enough ice cream to make it that size but they can make the smallest size available and they do not have some of the ingredients to complete the flavor. The customer in front of me also asked for 3 different flavors and they were out of all of them and the ingredients as well. Not sure what's going on with Cold Stone Creamery or if it's just this location but I can't say I will be back any time soon. I'm disappointed as this was my favorite ice cream place and left with the craving of it and had to take my business elsewhere once again.

Literally the worst cold stone experience I've ever had....counter where Ice cream is prepared was beyond disgusting.(hadn't been cleaned in between orders)didn't have the required flavor to make their signature item which is ridiculous!! wasn't asked for a phone number so obviously I didn't get my loyalty points. just the overall experience was horrible.
This cold stone is going down hill fast. Why? The company has children running the place. No experience in customer service at all. Very rude and it's evidant they don't even like working there. And the Ice cream, sub par. Good flavor but it's melting as you walk out the door.
I come here about every other day. The customer service from the girl named Dana is great and friendly.
I love this place! I take my grandsons whenever I feel they deserve a treat! They have the best ice cream,my favorite is cheesecake with cheesecake bites . Bomb and the prices are reasonable .the girls that work there are such sweethearts ,I call them my girls cuz they go over and beyond to please my boys
