Carlos has awesome customer service! He greeted and interacted with the kids. The whole place was clean, salad bar fresh and clean as well. Restrooms clean. We had a great experience!
Wish chuck e would stay out for a min to greet the children. Food took a while to get but it was a little busy. Many machines not working or barely working. Still very ran down. You can tell employees try very hard to keep it as clean as possible. Clearing tables immediately, wiping down continuesly. I recommend purchasing credits over time so you can take a break and don't feel pressed to finish your credits within the time limit. Still had fun, my almost 3yr old enjoyed herself. The biggest issue was when we went to leave there wasn't anyone there to check us out and make sure our child is ours.
First impression - Walking up there was a drunk homeless guy standing right by the entrance with his beer can's on the window. Staff was trying to get him to leave.The place smelled like old feet and staff seemed very overwhelmed taking care of 4 or 5 birthday parties at once. The pizza tasted like cardboard, but the birthday cake had no taste except for the frosting.
So I call about the special of the month,you buy 60 minutes n get 30 minutes free last Saturday n I asked if it was Monday too Friday n she said no,that I ran all week for the whole month so I took my daughter n myself too have a fun day.when I get too the counter n wanted too buy the Easter/Springbrook speacial,she said no because it was only from Monday too Thursday n I told that I was told different so I had too pay normal price n I was ok too cover it but should of giveing me the price thay advertised. Thay should train there employees much better because if you take a big group of kids thinking that it's 22 Dolores for an hour n you gat half an hour for free,it will make you thing twice before going back n half of the rides are broken.i give it a negative - 7
Place is a rip off. Food is not worth the prices and the way the play cards work is a joke. Guy at the counter was nice he gets 5 stars ?

Had a bday party and enjoyed the heck outta this place. It's for the kids, and is kid oriented. Keeping that in mind, it was a fun time. Pizza was decent, staff were good to deal with, and prices were respectable! Nice time
5 stars for Chuck E Cheese? Really? YES! I am so impressed with this location, we brought my autistic brother in law to eat and they were phenomenal! Our food was fresh, hot and delicious! 90s kids rejoice! The pizza will take you back. This is hands down the best location we have ever been to. Staff was very friendly and attentive! Only thing I miss are the animatronics lol and we didn’t get to see Chuck E but other than that amazing! Thank you so much!
Planned a family night took our kids in costumes. Everything on line regarding the Halloween Bootacular is false . The $35.99 Halloween family meal is more in store . Even though it doesn’t say that online. There is no chuckle show. And no candy passed out. Our pumpkin pizza was terrible ? very disappointed bad service as well.
Super overpriced many games out of service and prizes have really gotten so bad overtime
