Food is great but the service was inattentive. Every single time our waiter came to our table he would apologize stating he was real busy. He was quick to bring our drinks but once he took our order our experience started to suck. We were missing our utensils, ketchup was empty, and we had to wait a while before our waiter came to check on our food that we hadn't start eating because we requested plates and one of our sides was missing. We were trying to be understanding as it seems they might be short staffed but the fact that our food was getting cold before we were provided utensils was a bit of a downer. I would go back to Chillis, but probably not this location.

There was a long wait, not many people in the restaurant or waiting for a table. Otherwise, the server was FANTASTIC! She brought my son ice cream for his birthday. My steak was just ok...too tough for my taste, even cooked medium rare.
The food was good especially the loaded mashed potatoes. The enchilada soup had too many chips soak up most of the soup. They used to give the t.strips grated cheese and salsa on the side with take out orders I didn't get that this time. I love the soup I order it all the time. My strawberry lemonade taste like flavored water it happens not mad about it. I will go back I just suggest they give the condiments on the side like they used to.
I ordered the 2 for 25 is not what it's made out to be. You will get 2 salads anything listed in appetizer is 1 to share between 2 people. You get 2 entrees which is good but the dessert is a choice of a cookie and a slice of cheesecake. We choose cheesecake and got a thin slice to share between 2 people. The drink comes with it.Next time I will order a regular meal instead of the 2 for 25.
This Chili's use to be good, but has gone down hill.The employees use to be friendly and now most of them have attitudes.Like they are too busy to work & do their job.We use to come here quite a lot.It use to be a good place for our family dinner night out.Now, it's just not the same as before.The food has gone down hill big time.They use to put at least a little love into it now it taste like they are taking a bunch of cheap shortcuts.Not that the food was amazing to begin with but it was a least edible.Most likely won't be revisiting anytime soon.
The experience was good. There were benches outside to wait. Place was clean. Our server was polite and speedy. Food was cooked well and was as expected. No complaints.

The best experience we have had in a very long time. I would say the last 4 times or we had visited this location. BEFORE yesterday had been less than satisfactory.BUT, yesterday the service was over the top good. I told the servicer to please make sure that my corn is seasoned. It seems like my past servers, ignored my requests. They must have EXPECTED the cooks always season the corn. So I would get very bland tasting corn.Yesterday's servicer not only made sure that it was seasoned on both sides of my corn. And was kind enough to show me. Which tells me that he remembered my request and made sure it was to my liking. We also made sure to give him a good size tip.
Food was really good. I had the fajitas & blooming onion appetizer. The servers were continuously in checking if we needed anything. The atmosphere was really good. Definitely going back.
