Put an order in, they said 25 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and they said it’d be 5 minutes more, although they seemed a little vexed trying to locate the order. I sat in-store for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 20 minutes. At that point it was obvious my original hadn’t even been started on, and that I was then waiting in-store for them to make it, under the impression it was going to be “5 minutes more”. Instead of being straight up with me and acknowledged they lost my order, they were having me sit there wasting my time. I got up and left. They called me 10 minutes later saying the pizza was ready, and I told them to keep it. They wasted over an hour of my time.Months later, my wife attempted to place an order, and the guy who presumably runs it brought up the old order, and said “that he wasn’t our spot”. After I told him what had happened before, he pretended like I was making it up. All they had to do was be straight up and say they lost the order, instead they had me stick around.Only reason I had ever gone here was proximity to my home. I always got a creepy vibe from the main dude. He seems like he really enjoys hiring young females.
If your looking for great pizza; this place has them. They have pre-selected pizza's reasonably priced or you can build your own. The staff is great and friendly as well.
The pizza is not that great. Calzone had on a couple pieces of sausage in it no sauce all bread. They're customer service is great but the flavors of the food are a bit off. Calzone was almost all breadEDIT: OWNER SAYS IT WAS A FAKE REVIEW WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. MY PHOTO CLEARLY SHOWS ALL BREAD. TAKE IT AS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM NEXT TIME.
1st time here, I had high hopes for this joint being that it seems ma&pop and not that chain garbage when I called the guy gave me the ear sugar about the food and the pepperoni with Canadian bacon and pineapple was ok but the cheese was not up to standard, it seemed like that lil ceacers mix which I dislike and the interstate 215 was super salty or over seasoned I ended up throwing it away. As far as the wings it was just regular store basic wings with some bbq sauce thrown on them. It seemed to me the owner puts heart into this place but maybe needs something else. Just can’t see myself going back

Great pizza, and the BEST calzone I have had in years! The crust is thin on the calzone and brushed with a buttery delicious topping, the pizza was very flavorful and not at all greasy. The garlic knots are made with real butter and actual garlic! The owner is super nice, and the staff is the best. If you're in Berdo, on Waterman and 40th across from Stater Bros stop in... You won't regret it!!
