Don't waste your time, energy or money. We ordered online and went to pick it up. We also checked in when we pulled in, and nobody came out to help us. We called the number on the sign and was left on hold after telling the person we were there for pickup. The person bringing us our food pushed our order through our window and walked away without saying anything - and I was still on hold. Please BJs pay these people more so they aren't stressed out!! I contacted the restaurant for a refund and it's been weeks with zero contact. Look how awful our food looks for the prices they charge. The flatbread was shook up in the box, cold, and the cheese sticks were also cold and hard as a rock. You know when you crave an item and it ends up tasting gross? This is that meal. Fish and chips were cold, soggy and greasy. The location in Moreno Valley is much better. Drive through reche canyon, and eat better at the BJs over there in Moval.Edit: Original order placed on May 27, and my review posted June 16. I emailed that address (same address I was given to contact weeks ago) let's go on a journey people
Oh my golly gosh. This has to be the worst dining experience, I’ve ever had. I had the shrimp Alfredo and how the hell do you miss the Alfredo. The noodles had no flavor and the shrimp is burnt. I genuinely put up with some bad dishes but this takes the cake. I’m never eating here again. The customer service was fine but the food is not worth while.
Nasty restaurant. I purchased a gift card from cashier Valerie B # 267 who kept a poker face during entire transaction like she did not wanted to help customers, after I paid 120 dollars and asked her to print a gift card balance receipt she told me that they don't do it which is false, so I went outside and called the number to check balance and not to my surprise the card had not even been activated and had zero balance so I went back inside and told Valerie that I called and the card is not active she asked me what are you trying to do well I need to make sure this gift card has 120 dollars balance so I let her hear the recording which is telling us that the card is not active she still did not wanted to accept and became irritated and upon me insisting finally checked on her computer and saw zero balance. My issue is that if I had mailed this gift card to my friend and they had tried to pay with this gift card after dinner how embarrassing it would have been for them and myself to discover the card was not even activated and has zero balance now if she had taken few minutes to do her job for which she receives a paycheck and printed the balance receipt like I requested rather than making a false statement just to shun the customer out all this could have been avoided, manager Shanon was informed of this issue. These days due to staff shortage employees will gladly accept paycheck and demand higher pay but refuse to render service to customers lack of work ethics and no self integrity.
Megan was awesome! Great service, great drinks and great food. What more can you ask for?
My first time here and I loved everything about it. can't complain Service was amazing Host and server where amazing very positive and outgoing I liked that made the experience more comfortable and exciting. Food was amazing So the cooks gotta give them credit they do the hard work as well. amazing atmosphere vibe, music was great. definitely will come back again soon
Let's be real, the reason you come here is for pizza, and it's pretty good but the price point is crazy. Best to go on mondays when it's half off. The service is hit and miss and happy hour is only at the bar. They have Guinness on tap and their mixed drinks are also good but again, the price point for these is crazy. Over all, it's just okay.
Customer service is absolutely amazing and out food was hot when it was served
This restaurant has very good food and portions. Loved the quinoa bowl with salmon. Lavender lemonade not so much. The ambience was relaxed and the waiters are very nice. A bit more expensive than I thought. Ideal for special occasions.
The hostess were rude. Didn't want to seat us. Were we wanted. Wanted to put us in a booth to were we would be crammed into a seat. So we finally said we wanted a table and we got it. ?Our waitress was good the food was good but the hosts were just very rude and didn't want to apply to what we were saying
My Daughter and I visited this location yesterday afternoon for lunch. I regularly eat at bj's because I want quality and choices. At the Arcadia or West Covina locations I can easily go in on a rack of ribs and drinks, potstickers! Delicious. This day I decided to have a fat ribeye. I haven't had a good steak in a while and I know BJ'S has quality, as I mentioned before. I asked for medium well as it should be, nice flame kissed with a tender juicy inside. The young polite clean cut waiter was happy to take my order. I received the most burned up, crispy ruined peice of I don't know what. They asked if I would like another one and I politely declined. I'm a little afraid of what I have eaten before my entrée. I paid the 50 dollar tab and left the waiter a tip. Sad days and I really don't know if I should ever go back to BJ'S again. The young waiter even mentioned that the head chef was in the kitchen. So, maybe no more bj's brewhouse for me. I'm sad now.
