This restaurant has wrong people working for them especially a lady name Danicka off 5th street in San Bernardino, she does not know the meaning of customer service.
How do you mess up an order, that you repeat to a customer. Literally asked if they had all meat burritos. They responded with yes, it's just meat, cabbage, cilantro, onions, and salsa. Went ahead and ordered three of them, just asked them to add cheese to the burritos. Get back to work, and all three of them had beans and rice, with no cheese. This is exactly why we stopped getting lunch from here years ago, because every time we would order food from there, it would ALWAYS come back wrong. You guys blew it again. Congrats.
Called in for takeout since i drive a big rig and they placed me on hold. Had me waiting for 20 minutes on the phone. I arrived there, while still being on the phone and dining was closed so couldn't place an order. Knocked on the door and window and they'd stare and look away. Tried to get there attention so they can pick the phone back up since they had placed it down and left the line open.Yes drive thru is 24 hours but a big rig won't fit because of the clearance.Very unprofessional on their behalf.
The pork hot burrito and chicken burrito are my favorite items to get basically the pork hot burrito is just green chili pork butt meat very spicy and wet inside goodness. The chicken burrito is the same thing boiled chicken meat wrapped in a flour tortilla. Way way better if you add rice beans lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream and cheese so it’s about 11 bucks for a good chicken burrito but well worth it I rarely go here but I will return next time I’m in town.
This place is the worst I come here late nights after clubbing in Los Angeles. And it’s always perfect. But when I come during the week they never get my order right and the food is gross. The workers don’t care and they are so mean and ugly. I will never eat at this garbage restaurant again.
I ordered online. I felt like having menudo. So did my husband. We both liked it very much! Delicious! No photos because I did this review after we ate it.??We had it delivered and it was still hot! I will be coming back.
We've been eating at Amapola for over 30 years. We've been going to the 5th Street location because it's closer to our house but it is hit and miss. More misses lately. I end up calling the main store to complain and manager Martha will make things right which I love. Today I ordered the Super grande burrito with Chile verde. This burrito costs $17 so I expected the original garbage burrito but got more beans than anything, a few pieces of meat and sporadic lettuce, tomatoes etc. Definitely not the garbage burrito we used to buy. I'm so disappointed. I'm trying to keep my loyalty to Amapola but this time I'm not sure anymore. ??
Delicious I had to drive further out because the Colton location is trash now, but the food here was great!
Their food is absolutely amazing never had a problem the carne asada fries they're burritos they're Cheetos everything is made fresh as you order it your lines are long but it is worth the wait sometimes it is better to get off to order from a noodle is absolutely awesome
This restaurant is nestled in the "HOOD", but has such delicious food! We have not dined in, of course the pandemic is the major factor in our decision NOT to dine in....but the food is prepared eith such care,...every morsel is delicately added to each dish...with such love and pride....its definitely worth a secon...third...and many more returns ..just to enjoy the wonderful flavors!!!
