Order was ready in less than 20 minutes around lunch time. It was hot fresh and made just the way i ordered. Friendly staff. Hit the spot! ?
Wait time is stupid ridiculous. Food isn't even all that, over hyped in my opinion. Your better going off somewhere else for good food, don't wait almost 2 hours for some wings.

Only good thing here is the food, service is horrible. Front cashier was high out of her mind & instead of calling my order out after it’s ready, she places it on the wait rack….for 10 mins. Idiots.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious, I don’t usually make negative reviews, however the employees keep you waiting at the counter while they laugh and goof around with their coworkers. The food takes forever since all they do is walk around and talk as if they weren’t at work.
Barely any seasoning on the fries. Requested some and was told it costs $1.30. $1.30 for what is essentially a little bit of salt and sugar on three meals (over $50 in food). I waited forever for this food too. Yeah, nah. These guys aren't paid enough to care, and I paid too much to not.Not worth, go to Buffalo Wild Wings 15 min away.
I'm a full time Doordash driver and I pick up a TON of orders from here. A lot of employees come and go since they are pretty much all young, but the latest crop have been absolutely fantastic. They have two gentlemen who work up front named Greg, as well as a few others, who are always polite and very cool to have a chat with. And of course, I grab my lunch here almost every day and the people working in the kitchen always do a great job. Orders are always timely and delicious, even when it's busy (which is pretty often.) Great job by management for filling their team with excellent employees, especially the newer ones. ??
I know, you're insanely askin' as to why I'm givin' 3stars for this review. Where do I begin? Positive: Excellent food, friendly service, fairly priced for what you can get. Negative: Online orders a lot of the times take forever, when it ain't even busy (or so it says on Gmaps on here) ? what is suppose to be a 17-26min wait time... Ends up bein' an hr, Every.. Flippin'.. Time.... ?? & it ain't just a specific WingStop, it's all of them where I live at... So, til their timin' starts shapen up. I stick with my 3star ratin' I gave. Sorry, employees of that chain business.
