How hard is it to put mustard on the MUSTARD dog?We ordered 6 and they were ALL plain. Tried to call them from the road to tell them they messed up, no answer.Also want to mention they now skimp on the fries (which were overcooked and hard) and the corndogs looked like they spent way too much time in the fryer. Pretty dissatisfied considering we spent almost $50.. Will not be returning and don't recommend.
Been visiting this spot since my childhood. Thank you Dad. Food still hits the spot. New management run a courteous and professional atmosphere. Perfect for friends and families to make memories at.
I’m a fan for years. Could be improved upon. I’ll still go back on occasion for my chili dog with onions added. Stay tuned ?
Confession time - I can put away multiple chili cheese dogs in one sitting. This place can easily be a stoners paradise.
Hot dogs more expensive than were in Fresno a corn dog mustard dog leg drink ten bucks. Average dogs .

For me...a Wienerschnitzel Chili Cheese Dog hits on all cylinders for perfect tasty comforting junk food. And the Weinerschnitzel I like best is in Salinas on Main Street (Hwy 68) at Blanco Road in the Nob Hill shopping center.I've always received good service...the food is always consistent, hot and delicious. About the only complaint I have is thier fries are a bit hit or miss with the salt. Most of the time they hit it...but often, like so many places...they shy away from it which makes for bland fries. As if those few milligrams of salt will make the fries healthier sideshow. People...fries are NOT HEALTH FOOD...they're junk food...so salt them up and enjoy!Anyway...this location is a bit shabby and has that dive feel to it...and being adjacent to rural agriculture areas, not surprising. However, don't equate appearance with cleanliness or sanitation...I've never had anything where I was questioning if the food wasn't clean or the service conditions weren't hygienic.If you want a good chili cheese dog and fries...or even a chili burger...all for relatively cheap...can't go wrong here!My hats off to the owner/operator for maintaining good, friendly and conscientious staff!! Good leadership leads to good staff!!
