They will confirm your pick up even before you really have your item. And manager (her name is Rosemary) was rude, she knows her team member was wrong, she will blame me that I ordered the wrong item. I ordered online special price and roll back pricing items, she called me stealer in front of me. And walmart store will not price match walmart.com price, because they are not same company. Great. Hope this Rosemary could start to learn how to talk to a customer.

I went earlier this morning and paid at self checkout and I ask for help. The lady who help was very rude. And walk away! I ask to talk to her manager and she keep talking super loud saying so many rude things. If she can't control herself or was having a bad day she should take it out with customers! I would have understood her attitude with me if I was rude to her but I was not at all

This is a huge Walmart and appears to well stocked - but it felt like a good 25% of the merchandise was locked up. I was shocked how many items would need an employee to unlock a case for things like a hair brush, mens tee shirts or a bottle of tylenol. Not only that; but on a Sunday afternoon they were restocking shelves. On one of the busiest shopping days there were numerous employees with very large carts in multiple aisles impeding access to merchandise and causing trouble simply getting down an aisle due to so many shoppers in the store. Once I was finished shopping I found only 3 registers open and very long lines to check out - I'm just glad I hadn't chosen any frozen items this day. They did finally open a couple of more registers and I thank them for that. I will take my business elsewhere, it wasn't worth the hassle to shop here.

All employees in Walmart (and the subway inside too) were helpful and efficient, the store was clean and well stocked. I found what I needed easily but anticipated having to wait at checkout since the store was busy. An employee directed me to his checkout close by where I was waiting so I was able to be done and on my way very quickly. Since I had time I decided to get a sandwich at the subway inside the store on my way out. The associate assembled my sandwich neatly to order very efficiently and it tasted great. I highly recommend this Walmart and the subway inside.

Just one star today to be nice. I arrived early at 0730 hrs to the automotive department for an oil change and to get a plug in my tire. I was the first in line but the guy had one appt before me (my sister-in-law). I got out at 1138 hrs., it's unfortunately not my best visit.

Ordered my last $900 in groceries for pick up and was told they had my order but there app wasn't working so they couldn't give me my groceries I had paid for. They did nothing to help me and now I am penniless and I have no food. They tell me to reorder my groceries except they have all my money still. I am very very angry and my family is very very hungry. So thanks for nothing walmart!!!!!!!!! ??????????????

It is a very large and very beautiful store inside, you can find a bit of everything and any variety, just go to buy a speaker to listen to music some people who are part of the campus have a good deal on the other hand, the one who attended me tried to explain that he occupied a speaker and wanted it the only thing he told me no and no and not in a high and not low way, the only thing that happened later is that when he gave me a protector that I asked him, everything was fine and I told him off the horn and he began to say no no and no

Love their pick up service. I order ahead and they are always on time. Friendly and efficient staff.

With the self service lanes...it is easy to go into the store, find what you are looking for, pay for it and leave. It seems they are doing a better at keeping the shelves stocked, which was difficult during earlier COVID run on items like toilet paper, etc

Purchased a 3 pack of 6ft black foldable tables. Received 1 table on the delivery date. I explained to customer service my situation and would like to return the 1 table. And then purchase 2 tables. Another associate brought me 1 table. I wanted to repurchase the returned table with the table that was brought. The customer service rep originally helping me with the return said I can’t do that and I would have to go get another table off the floor. On top of this whole situation I had to pay 6 dollars more for two tables than the original price for 3 tables.
