This location has the best customer service. I stopped by to pick up a cup of coffee and I accidentally drop it on my shoe. I made a mess, immediately after the young lady handed me napkins to clean my shoe. The young man immediately cleaned the table and the spill was cleaned immediately. I was giving another cup of coffee, they made sure the place was clean and had a great experience. Thank you for an amazing customer experience.

Quick and friendly service to be expected from a Starbucks, has never been too busy when I go but your milage may vary.
Update from 4 stars to 2: I went in today after placing my mobile order for pickup and they were so backed up that the counter was covered in empty cups with order labels. I waited for 45 minutes for my order with 20 other people in the store who were also waiting for their orders. They need to turn off mobile orders when they get backed up. This is not the first time I've had to wait this long before. It seems like if the drive up option is available, the order will be done fast but if it's not then it'll be a long wait.Although this location doesn't have a drive through, it does have curbside pick up during certain hours. I ordered through the app for curbside pickup and it was simple and easy. The drinks were done quickly plus the staff was super friendly.

I asked for light water and got no water... so too sweet to drink.... unfortunately I didn't take my 1st sip till I was in marina
They need to be more orgonized, when they give away something for free, today 11-18-21 I went to buy a Coffee to get the free cup, when I ordered they told me is gonna be 45 minutes wait, I told them that's fine, 20 minutes later, they called my name, I went to get my coffee, and I said for:( ) and the lady told me, no this Mobil order, I said ok I ordered here, and she told me, IIt's gonna be 40 minutes wait, I said ok 30 minutes later they called my name again, and its was the same caffee that she called early she made me wait more that 30 minutes Just because she was all confused, and she did not know what she is doing....
