Been doing Doordash all day and a customer gave me a tip so I though I would treat myself and take a Starbucks break, I went inside to order, as soon as I walked in the barista was very nice and greeting. Took my order and I asked for a bagel but I noticed I didn’t have enough for my drink and my bagel. So I decided to cancel my bagel. When to the restroom, then came back to the front to wait for my drink, when they called for my drink the barista Oliver gave me the bagel and said it’s on the house, honestly it’s been one of the nicest thing someone has done for me, been going through a lot lately. That this simple act of kindness made me cry and made my whole day, Thank you so much Oliver, we definitely need more people like you in the customer service industry. Please don’t ever change, just know that simple act of kindness can do so much in someone life!! Once again thank you Oliver from Starbucks ?

Clean and very warm staff! Love the store vision - Be Welcoming, Be Kind. As usual great beverages and we also found the washrooms to be clean.There's drive in as well as indoor seating.
I'm not sure why but the line was extremely slow the day we were there. But it's a Starbucks what are you going to do
Horrible customer service. I arrived at the drive thru at 10 (30 min before closing) and waited 30 min along with another 6 cars behind me and they refused to take our orders. Employees didn’t acknowledge any of us that waited in line. The car in front of me placed an order for 5 drinks and they couldn’t take care of the rest of the customers.This location has always struggles in delivering great customer service. That is why I will no longer support this location. I’d rather drive a little further away to a different Starbucks where I know I will get treated correctly.

Organized and fast!Busy spot so they will run out of stuff. One way to find out if they have what you want is to check on their app.They have a drive-thru and a mobile order pickup station with public restrooms and outside seating area.A great hotel next to it as well ??
I ordered a salty malty cold brew like they do in Marina but ended up with a salted caramel instead. This drink is just ok. A salty malty is unforgettable.
Starbucks is known for their great customer service, customized coffee and speedy checkout, but once in a while you'll run into those employees that don't belong working at Starbucks. I pulled up today and ordered the usual for my wife sugar free vanilla coffee with 2 shots of espresso because my wife cannot have sugar, Addy is a drive through clerk that did not know if the coffee I ordered was sugar free vanilla, when she confirmed that it was but no sugar free vanilla she hands me a separate cup with syrup and tells me that I can mix it myself....? so I politely asked "can you do it please" it was completely obvious that she was annoyed then made me feel that I did something wrong, I had asked for a straw and again she was being rude, Just a lesson to be learned today from this Starbucks location, you need to check your drinks if Addy is helping you, if their is a mistake on your order Addy will make you fix it and Addy might be rude to you. She needs to be promoted to a customer and re-think a different career. And they didn't even put my espresso that I paid for.
Excellent Starbucks, the employees are also friendly everybody was working and cleaning. The store was super clean! Love this location!
