My customer service experience here was excellent. However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The restroom is in another part of the building through a locked lobby that is only sometimes staffed by a security guard. Accessing the restroom is hit or miss. There are power and USB charging outlets under the seats, but many of them charge slowly or don't work at all. If these issues were fixed it would be my favorite Starbucks, because it's conveniently located close to the bus station and train station.
Close to the National Steinbeck centre. Starbucks is Starbucks. Works every time.

It is my understanding, that All coffees, at All Starbucks should taste exactly the same, the Starbuck's team is trained to make the coffees ☕the same way at each and every shop. I find this to be untrue and inconsistent. I have stopped at different locations, have ordered the same coffee, and it just doesn't taste the same at all. There seems to be an issue with cleaning and wiping down as well. Counters, tables,service area(creams, sugar & stir area) recyptical areas are always a mess. There are plenty of people who buy your product, I like ?that at my home, it's consistent and clean.
Horrible screeching sound every 2 seconds from some piece of equipment. WiFi doesn't work, despite being given the password. No cell service indoors.

Got charged twice with starbucks not location
I give a 3 star's due to the lack of taste in my drink, however the staff was quick and friendly I would not want to spend my time and money on something I don't like.
