Total for 2 people 45 bucks with the flavor qaulity of a 10 dollar buffet. Tried a little of everything, all of it was pretty tasteless except for the orange chicken and coconut shrimp which was mediocre at best. My favorite, the salt and pepper shrimp, had a strange bitter taste to every piece I ate. The suishi spot had almost no suishi out, they only had a few pieces of shrimp nigiri and their maki rolls were as cheap as could be, no fish, just immigration crab, cucumber, and rice. In other reviews for this spot, they talked about having them make you special rolls, didn't see or get any of that. The Pepsi and Sierra mist had a dank musty flavor to it which turned my stomach. Lastly, there were a bunch of kids playing on the floor and screaming literally right next to me which Is more the parents fault then the resteraunt, but still very irritating. Easily the worst chinese buffet I've been to in a looooong time. Will not be back.
This place is always packed. There are always families with screaming unsupervised children. I have seen the children just reach over the counter with their hands to grab food without the utensils.The food is always bad either bland or overly salted. The staff is always unpleasant from stress and being over worked. Due to the high foot traffic the restaurant is always a mess. Would not recommend unless you are willing to risk catching Covid.
I had high hopes based on the reviews, and figured the bad reviews were one-offs. All of the signage as you walk in was anxiety -inducing...rules about what you can eat when or you'll be charged more? $37 for 2 of us at 1:15 pm. Not one beef dish, 3-4 chicken dishes. Nothing was hot...luke warm at best. Didn't try the "Hawaiian Bbq" because the server couldn't answer if I could add rice before he cooked it. I don't think we've ever left a buffet so unsatisfied, especially at such a high price.

Me and the patnas strike again.. This time we hit up the famous Sakura Buffet.. We wanted 2021 to go out with a Bang. We tried to shut it down. But little did we know Sakura had a ace up her sleeve. We didn't even get to our final form. ?. The dessert hit the spot. At this fine establishment it was all about the CHICKEN. Chicken was fresh and yes really moist and flavorful. By the 5th plate we needed a all you can breath oxygen tank.??. Sakura you win this round. Well be back.TO BE COUNTINUED?
The food was fresh and delicious. It has been awhile since I have eaten at a buffet who's food tasted good!
Changing my review to 1stars for horrible customer service by the women cashier, I been coming here for years, never had a problem till today, won't be coming back here . Reason being my soon to be 7 yrs old who is special, is a big boy for his age like she's never seen a big child before and assuming he's a grown man like why would I wanna pass a grown man off as a child for food get real , he now has a complex for this.
It's great love the food and people are very friendly I'd recommend it to everyone who inquiries about it.
This is something that you have to try! The restaurant as it is is great, but when you have the sushi lady making you special sushi rolls it brings this to a whole new level!
Coming into this place it stunk like garbage, sorry to say. Change of owner is making this, once, delicious and clean restaurant, a mess. Food doesn't taste as it used to, crab legs and calamary is off the buffet menu. Additionally, service was bad. I'm never going back there again. I did file a complaint and the receptionist brushed me off. Good luck being the original Sakura.
