I would always go to this place, but ever since they opened up the spot in the mall it went downhill. I’ve had horrible customer service and I’m not one to speak up. Placed an order at 6:14 for pick up and not once did they tell me it was ready. They called me at 7:01 saying they are closed and if I am going to pick up the food. I drove from Marina to the mall and I explained where I’m coming from and the lady said it’s fine and she’ll wait for me. When I showed up no one was there, kept calling the number and no one would answer. A few days later, I tried calling for a refund and they said it can’t be issued because they texted me several time and not once did I get a text message. I am very upset, not going back again.
I came to the Pasta Mia at the Northridge mall and got a regular chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was very watery and tasteless. No flavor what so ever. Almost tasted frozen. Would not recommend.
Called to ask if i should make a big order a day early or the day of, the girl that answered told me it would be okay ordering a day early so i did that. went to go pick up my order today and they tell me theres no order under my name, exactly what is didn't want to happen and exactly why i asked that girl why i asked, if it was gonna be such a problem she should've just told me to order day of
Chicken was very chewy, inedible, over priced for what i got, it's essentially sub par cafeteria food. Never again
Great food! My favorite dish is the Castroville pasta. The blackened chicken is also really good.

We had a very enjoyable time at pasta Mia. There are plenty of vegetarian options and they make their pasta in house;which of course is all incredible bonus. I highly recommend this pastaria for it's flavorful dishes and comfortable atmosphere
I have never been to the Restaurant before; I get food from Pasta Mia delievered everydayThru the Pandemic Food Program. If I had to base their food on what I revd , I would Never Go to this Resturant. Thou Im grateful to have food delivered free of Charge to my home, I'm disappointed by the Quality of the meal and the menu, it makes me feel like Im getting scraps of leftovers, throw carelessly together. Today I decided to check out the Menu on this Site, and yes a Shocking difference.Im a bedbound disabled person does this matter or should it matter?
Its the one in northridege mall and yummy veggie California pasta ..super delicious and excellent chef and cashier... keep it up..good very good service
