Daily there is a steady flow of customers. There are small Windows of time that is not crowded. Short and expedient line during the mornings. No breakfast this served.The various times I attended this location they had a continuous shortage of chow mein or fried rice. It is understandable since it is a very popular dish. The staff's pressure is understandable as it is a food service industry job. You may find the times the employees rushing or noticeably agitated.Photos this reasons and others you might find that the best way of acquiring your food with a considerable temperature you might want to consider ordering online skip the line and pick up your order. I believe that in order for a line to flow well please have your order already in mind before you get to the counter. When ordering make sure you take your time do not feel rushed take command and control of your order you are spending your well earned dollars.Is a staff accommodates me with just a simple smile and politeness I am more likely to leave them a tip since it's getting difficult to get efficient service.The food is cooked with the all around standard good quality taste that all the restaurants from the all across the restaurants from the franchise. The orange chicken could use a bit less sauce overwhelming and quite thick at times nevertheless the meat is cooked through the middle and through. One of my favorites from this location is the walnut shrimp. ( Could also use less caramelized sauce) . I need you to help me find honey I won't tell me about yourself always consistent with a white and fried rice. Chow mein is one of the children's favorite.Plenty of parking always felt safe well late during the night. One of my go-to Panda Express in our local area.
Called to let them know I’m waiting for a double order. They said not ready I said okay. I walk in 5 min later asked for the orders and one had been ready the other one just then got started. Mind you then line was out the door. Pick up was late needless to say. (live doordash pick up order)Thanks for the help panda possibly more attention to online pickups and waiting drivers or meeting reminders more often would help. Thanks guys I know the struggle but $12 tip for me turned in to a $2 an hour delivery..... I’m not even speaking on the other drivers that we’re waiting or the forgetfulness or the employees.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Last night my family & myself had dinner from this place and got horrible food poisoning!!!! Currently my 2 baby girls won’t stop vomiting.
Every time they give you less and less food on their portions at this place. the last time I purchase my order looked small and it looked like it was made with last scraps that I have to returned. Three weeks have passed since I returned the order and I haven’t been credit for it.
Placed an online ordered a large Chicken string bean for my kids. When I arrived home most of my large container was full of green beans but very little chicken. Needless to say that my kids being small they mostly eat the chicken. When I called to speak to someone about the situation, they asked go back (30 min drive) and they would give me a medium size instead of the large i originally ordered. When requesting refund I was told they were unable to give me refund. This isn't the first time this happens and is frustrating for a working mom on a stressful day. Now to figure out something quick for my kids.

They forget your soy/chili sauce more than half the time. They’re obviously slow as hell if you try and order inside, definitely better off ordering online and coming in 10 minutes after the promised time if you chose ASAP. Yikes
My favorite dish here is the Honey walnut shrimp and most people say that they're noodles their so-called chow mein is like it's old or burnt I like it exactly the way it is don't ever change it it's perfect don't ever take away my honey walnut shrimp or I will never come see you guys again great customer service skills and fast quality and fast that's a good those complement each other that's a great thing to have
They never have spoons when they should have some I know this because I used to work in Panda Express always me and other customers orange chicken from the bottom instead of the fresh one bad service
