Absolutely the best Pozole… And not just in Salinas! I love the dish & I’ve tried it many places many times & it sweeps Monterey & surrounding areas & I don’t think it will be topped anytime soon in my opinion! Plus I’ve now ordered it for pick up on multiple occasions & it has been fantastic every time. Super happy I stumbled upon this place while passing through!! (Chips & salsa are killer as well!!)

Thank you Mi Tierra restaurant it's always fresh and deliciously hot. When the food arrives to my home, when I place my order over the phone ahead of time. My go to favorites are chile relleno (a la carte) and my other favorite is the breakfast burrito eggs potatoes and machaca all wrapped up in a flour tortilla thank you Mi Tierra Familia. I was eating my dinner outside on the table where it's public property first time I've been there and they told me to turn my radio down that's public property outside very bad customer service what happened to the old days when the customer was always right , they shouldn't have tables outside if they don't want people to enjoy it outside dining and I think it's cuz I had English music and everybody inside was look like they spoke Spanish only,
Their chips and salsa were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend their molcajete (a platter of Carne asada, chicken, chorizo, cheese, grilled onion, nopales, & shrimp). It comes with rice, beans and tortillas. Friendly staff, very welcoming.

Delicious food, great atmosphere and a prompt and efficient staff, this restaurant has all the makings of a great restaurant without sacrificing a wam and inviting atmosphere. The staff is attentive and fast while still kind which is rare in this post covid era and that includes the owners who personally make sure you are comfortable. The food is simply amazing with generous portions at great prices.
Awesome Lunch with my friend Oscar. It was worth the drive from Fresno. The service is wonderful, even during a pandemic. We had a nice seating outside, with perfect weather. Most of the people who walk by even smiled and said hello. :-)
Service was very slow. Eventhough we ordered the same food as a table that came in after us they took the food to the wrong table. I ordered the French toast and was never given my side of fruit eventhough it came with it.
