Terrible service I asked for a well done, crispy, chicken sandwhich with in reason. I got quick cold chicken sandwhich. I felt it cold and hand the bag back and asked if I could have it hotter. They acted like that's good enough take that. I always get terrible sandwiches and burgers here the Acosta family don't care about this location. Just go to the McDonald's near Kerns or cork n bottle way. It's way better. Going here just makes you feel bad. Their take your money and hand you mush
It's a hit and miss with the fries not always fresh and hot
Had to wait out front for food, as it apparently was too long to wait in the drive thru line. Which was true. The app on my wife's phone wouldn't allow her to select the location or it wouldn't accept the order, until after we already paid and went thru the line and were waiting for our food to be brought out to us. Isn't the first time the app didn't let us pick this location.
Used the app for mobile order to pick up in drive thru. Service was fast and friendly. Tried one of the new meal hacks which I enjoyed. ?
They do doordash. The staff were really nice to me. It's a great restaurant.
My mom visited this location earlier, and ordered in Spanish. The employee didn’t speak Spanish, didn’t grab someone that spoke Spanish and my mom ended up getting something she didn’t want. Turns out the employee did speak Spanish, just didn’t want to take my moms order in it. What kind of bs is that, I’m infuriated

Went in for a simple order of fries. Counted 9 employees and no one else inside with only 2 cars in drive-thru and still took 9 minutes for my order. Ridiculous!
