Adjacent toilet area locked with no entry allowed.Notified manager she blamedInstead of stating McDonald will address it. Hey McDonalds we know your making money help it out. No bueno.
Doesn’t make since why is delivery drivers need to wait in a packed line and wait 30 minutes bejone people when our orders are already ready by the time we get to the store.Also when workers are coming outside for online orders and for drivethrew orders that take longer. It’s drops our wage for one and drops our ratings if we cancel the order or deliver late....
Fries were greazzy cold and limp. McDoogles just ain’t doing it for me anymore. Fast & expensive, but I like the heartburn❤️?it keeps coming back HOT with every belch❗️

I was having trouble with my mobile order, I couldn’t do curbside. So I had to do drive thruw. When I got to the window for some reason it said my order was not paid, I was upset but the cashier called her manager Yara and she was able to fix my order and was very nice, patient and understanding when I was explaining to her about my order. So far one of the best service I’ve ever had. Thank you again Yara for being so helpful, keep it up we need more people like you in this industry.
Food was as expected. Service was a little slow at the drive through but ok.
I've lived here a long time, but this is one of the worst McDonald's in Monterey county. Every time I go in my food comes out stale and the bread is cold. Even the quarter pounders with cheese aren't fresh like they're supposed to be. Supposedly, you're supposed to be able to count on the quarter pounders to be fresh. ?I've complained many times. I have given them many chances. ?
How does one mess up a McChicken with cheese so badly to the point where I have to wait 15 minutes to get the correct thing, meanwhile the rest of my family's food getting cold. I always order no salt fries and more than half the time its always salted and old fries. Not to mention they can hardly get a large soda correct. Is it a requirement to fail kindergarten to work at this place???
Food was delicious and the service etc was awesome and the drive thru people were nice and friendly.
No free refill on iced tea! How cheap is that? I won't be back.
