05/11/2022Ordered an iced caramel coffee through the mobile app. Coffee was ready for pickup inside. Restrooms available. No code needed. But it wasn't a very clean restroom. Parking lot does get full during lunch rush. But there is parking along both sides of the street if needed. No semi truck parking allowed on this street.
I have to agree with Daniel and Diana. Service was completely inadequate.. After placing my order I paid, moved on to the next window. I received my drinks and was asked to pull out to the front of the store, where someone would bring the rest of my order. There are many reasons why this happens.. understaffed, waiting for fresh product, being busy in and outside. When this happens the stores SOS (speed of service) time will go from a normal 100-120 seconds to several minutes per car. Management will potentially lose bonus $$ if they don't meet certain times. It's still no excuse when I see 5 cars and 3 walk in customers with their food and I'm still waiting. Got a full refund and went to another store.. if you go to the Kern St store, good luck
Hit and miss! Sometimes the service is good, sometimes they get our order right, sometimes the service is really bad and most times the fries are not filled in the size we order and most times they're cold
Asked for a burger with no mustard, no pickles. It was marked correctly and it still came with both of these things. I will be avoiding this McDonald's in the future.
Sometimes close early. I came at 10:15 pm and made my order from the drive thru then to proceed to the first window for payment. There was no person to handle the transaction and the building lights suddenly turn off. I would appreciate if the store employee told me they have to close early because they were understaff then taking my order and doing nothing afterward.
This place this particular McDonald's I will not go to unless I'm picking up a delivery this place is just too busy with lines wrapped around the block and not to mention In and Out Burger next door it's just a big klusterfuk
Not too long ago they were short staffed, but my order was on time and delicious.
It's a good place to get breakfast they rarely have a long line for drive-through. The only downside is that they change personal quite often.
Smooth, order was correct and fresh. French fries crispy. Salty, and golden delight
This is the best McDonald experience you've ever had! So when they say all McDonald's are the same! They are not this McDonald's was spotless the entire crew that smiles on their face the food was hot and everybody was friendly this must be a flagship McDonald's? Next time you're going to enjoy McDonald's try this one.
