This was a disappointment ?. I used the app and was told order ready at 10-10:05. I should up to the store at 10:07 the doors were locked until 10:20 something. We got to watch from outside them balance the books on the counter. Finally they open and still no order in the portal. I finally got my order, done at 10:05, finally at just passed 10:35. Not sure if this is typical here but the app should not work if the employees aren't working. The manager could have said sorry or even acknowledged that they were late and slow on their promise of hot and ready. Not cold and eventually ?. When I got pizza back to co workers they were so hungry it did not matter how it tasted.
Ordered at 120pm, was suppose to be ready by 142pm did not get it till 230 pm, was not busy either
To whom it may concern.New brighter x marks on the ground the customer line that wraps around the store need to be renewed. I will be willing to do this myself for you’re willing to pay for the material. Also for gig delivery drivers when the portal isn’t working perhaps and indoor line for them with a pickup sign on the side counter would be great. Also an out door speaker to call out orders that are ready. Thank you for your time and consideration.
The presentation is not good.The service is poor. The worker they don’t care how long you wait. They only care is to get your order.
Rude and inconsiderate. Did not include the sauce (a part of the order) upon receipt of the order.
This place will not give you your change. They’ve done this to me now 3 times in 3 weeks. How many others are they not giving their change back? How much money is that total? Who is keeping this money at the end of the day or the end of the week? Employees are being told to tell their customers that there is a coin shortage. Us customers do not believe that lie, coins are in every store in this city. Stop trying to hustle your own customers that are keeping you in business.
You can't pay with any dollar bill over 20.00 dollars ..I believe it's a ridiculous practice ...I had to go get change down the street.
Food was actually ready pretty fast, nice and hot

Ordered online and still waited 20 minutes inside when it wasn't busy . It seems there's no management there . A worker from the back seem more concerned than the people in front .
