People on the lobby were coming out faster than an online order I placed for pick up. I ordered at 7:14pm. It said 20 minutes. I went in to ask after 30 minutes and not ready yet. I was out the door with my food at 8:06pm. The tag on my receipt said my order was taken at 7:44pm. There might be a system issue.
I wonder how much money doordashers like myself lose from 20- 30 minute late pick up times waiting on orders. Hope a lawsuit happens because this is very common. 8 out of ten deliveries the order is late. I hope they sent marking them incorrectly.
The pizza was cheep not so good but not so bad either you get what you buy
I would give this place a lower review if I could. Based solely on the experience of 1 single employee covering the front on 11/24 at 7 pm. Some of the poorest customer service I have had. He's wasting your time while the rest of your team is busting their hind ends. I was waiting outside in the cols for 20 minutes because he's too lazy to look into the cases and call out customer names? I would have fired him on the spot for his attitude with a customer alone. Add on the lazy ineptitude would make the decision even easier. He needs to be trained to sweep and clean the store for a couple of months and be humbled. Having a job is a blessing! Treat it like one and every person that pays for your goods, which supports the business and brand that pays you! I bet they don't teach that in our inferior educational system.I called the store to speak with the manager on duty, Ivan, and nobody picked up the phone for over 15 minutes. I hung up and gave up. Going to reach out to corporate instead. Let's see how valued its customers are. The fact that you would be willing to lose potential revenue from orders on the phone...says a lot about the perspective and understanding of the business, your staff had. Shameful.

Ok where do i startFirst of all they never have pizzas ready they always say 15 to 20 min wait timeBeen multiple times i give this place a chance and always the samePopular place with Popular pizzas and never ready ??♂️ makes no sense to meHave more pizzas being made u got online app orders ,walk in's shouldn't that be enough to always have them ready at all times ? And theres times when the pizza is flat and hard and sometimes its fluffy and thick and good .whats goin on there?!!!!
They're pretty fast and accurate with your order, but I like to pre-order on the app to skip the line. I'm in and out in about 1 minute.
