It's just like any other KFC but Do Not, I repeat, Do Not go through drive-thru if you have a low car. It hurt my soul hearing the scrape when I did.
Orders placed are orders placed. Not sure why because I and others come in to the store we are requested to wait 10-40 min for our orders while the drive threw clears out np.I’ve got three orders that need to be delivered and I come to pick one of those oders up from kfc at exact pickup time and I’m told to wait while my other orders get cold and customers blame me dropping my ratings as a driver.Please fix this KFC n main.
Actually don't get the plant based chicken nuggets mine was undercooked and not good at all
We were sent coupons, no restrictions were on them. Went to salinas KFC and cashier, just said only order per coupon, said thats all he knows ,not if it was a recent change or not, he had no clue. However I've always been able to order 2 or even 3 of the item on the coupon unless it specified i couldn't. These did not. Mashed potatoes weren't even half full. Expected corn on cob when I changed from cole slaw. Got home and was loose corn. No.one ate.
I love their food,however prices are getting out of hand.

Not very nice asked for extra pickles on chicken littles didnt happen. Asked if i could buy a side of pickles was told not sold that way we really enjoy them was told i could get jalapenos but not pickles bummer. Chick fila was more than happy to fill my order although prefer your pickles.
Didn't get what I asked for even though I repeated 3 times what I wanted. No plates, utensils and no sauces.
Went and purchased a 12pc family meal and mash potatoes tasted pasty, bread didn't taste fresh(maybe it was old under the light) the corn had no flavor and the person at the drive thru kept saying "Anything else" right after I said one thing because I ordered additional sides and when I said Can I get a corn she said anything else? When I said can I order an additional mash potatoe she said Anything else?? My order was ready when I got to the window too quick like gave stuff that was old....I will not go to this KFC againBad Service...
extremely rude and seemed like they were in a hurry . they ask us to pull up to the front then give us the food before we were about to drive to the front. and the food was disgusting
