Went through the drive through window order a bucket of chicken with the works.Paid $46.00 and change .Then then was told to go around the block come back park in the front in order to get her food it was during school getting out I had to pick up the kid from school unfortunately we had to go get the kid first come back and pick up her milk but I don't understand is why do we have to go around the block if there was nobody behind us very disappointed called the representative of KFC that same time and spoke to him but never got word back from anybody unfortunately last month and everyone will know about it this is on South Main Street in Salinas California terrible terrible service

They open at 10. I went at 10:15am. I got my food at 10:25 because they were still cooking chicken. I went there early to get hella fresh fried Chicken. I did get fresh hot chicken. You probably can't get a pot pie at that time. I only go when I get coupons in the mail. Because s*** cost $2 more everywhere.
My order was 668 I have him 7.00 the he asked if I had 68 cents then gave me back 26 cents.ummm we're is my dollar change.
Fast service. Busy location. Limited chicken sometimes and food quality is medium or low most visits. Eating inside is your best interest if you're trying to really satisfy your fried chicken cravings.
This KFC has the best customer service. Their employees are nice and you can tell that they are putting their all into what they do. Not to mention the chicken sandwiches are so good every time!
The wait was long, they ran out of pot pies when I went after 7pm. They also forgot my Mac and cheese AFTER THE FACT that I asked the associate if all my items were in the bag and she assured me it was. It was not.
