Why are doordash order not made on time when I pick them up for delivery which is causing late deliveries.
Great used to suck but I think they got new management because they are a lot faster, actually care what the customers think and don’t have teenagers standing in the drive thru anymore (:

I ordered online. I arrived when my food was said to be ready it was. I walked and picked up my order, everything was present. I went home and ate it warm. I was very satisfied. The building was clean and had no issue walking in. Really will come again.
I felt rush, didn’t get my cookies for my meal, no napkins, all they care about is there timer ⏱ and not there customers. Definitely there was no hospitality!
If you are planning on paying for the turkey dinner don't wast your money worst turkey I've ever had flavorless and wasn't even tender way over priced!!! Soo sad 80 dollars down the drain!!

Walked in and left unattended for several minutes until called for help multiple times. Then was refused service because they "can't take orders inside" when the machine is clearly working. The door was open and no signs were up about indoor orders suspension. Spoke with Andrew. No apologies. Blamed me for walking into the (open) store and jumping the line to order (no one was waiting to order, there were several customers waiting to pick up). We had several back and forth but suddenly left me and ignored my calls for help. When asked for his full name, he refused to give his last name.I would've understood if they had locked the door and/or had a clear sign up indicating they don't offer in-store services. However, they were clearly serving other customers inside and not only failed to indicate they don't offer inside services but also ignored the customer on multiple occasions. They may have decided to treat me differently because I am Asian in heavily Latino community or for other reasons but it was a very disappointing experience either way.
Miracle...we got to use the restroom.
KFC is a rare meal that I go have but when I go it's just like a delicacy I love it
