I wish I had positive things to say about this location. I visited this location 3 times in the spam of 20 min. Firstly, the employee was super passive aggressive and would cut us off before we finished ordering. I had ordered 2 large fries and received 2 medium fries when I went back he said he “overfilled” them. In which didn’t bother me but it was that he wasn’t professional/considerate enough to let us know. Secondly, we had ordered chicken tenders, and was received with a chicken sandwich we went for the third time, I understand we are all humans and make mistakes but for the third time I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience not even an apology. Save your time and don’t come to this location unless you are seeking poor customer service.
I would not recommend this Jack in the box, one day I went where they couldn't even honor a combo because of a delivery that they didn't receive and Jessica that was working that day was very rude and shut the drive thru window waving and saying bye,bye! I was soo upset I complained about this specific jack in the box because there alot of attending to needed? I guess that's when you hire and leave children to run your business? Not recommended they don't know how to manage and handle customers??

Usually go to get breakfast jumbo platter with the side of mini pancakes. Although most often than not they do forget some items. If this does happen to you ( which I will not be surprised if it does) please just be polite and kind and I am sure they will either reimburse you or replace the item for you.Baking eggs hash brown are usually well cooked although the sausage can probably use a little working on. Good selection of morning brews including iced coffee. The morning is usually busy so make sure to get there a few minutes early but besides that if you wish to not get in the Drive-Thru and to get down there's plenty of parking.For those of you who are in extra hurry you can order curbside.Tacos are some of my favorite late night munchie snacks.The employees are usually very polite so please if there isn't something wrong with your order just be patient and polite and I'm sure they will resolve your issue.
Took my mom some lunch and a large strawberry shake. She loved it! I picked at some of my favorite onion rings.
The service here is prompt, my order has never been wrong, and the menu has lots of options.
I don't really know if their hours have change or why the lobby area was closed on a Sunday at 6:00 pm, but even though only drive-thru was open and they had a long line the employees were working to get the line moving fast. Employees were friendly and very attentive. Food was served promptly, hot and good. ??
Horrible customer service. Waiting time is ridiculously too long. Plus I had to go back because the order was wrong.
I like the food but if you're looking for fast food go somewhere else because the wait time is crazy. Idk if it's just me but it seems like they always put their most unhappiest worker on the register
Worst Jack in the box in Salinas! They don’t have enough kitchen personal therefore the waitings are LONG. The service is horrible, I went trough the drive-through and the cashier dropped my change (coins) and did nothing about it plus she was upset because I moved forward on the drive-thru when I was asked to wait more time besides the 35 minutes I was online. I ordered a large Oreo shake and I received a medium cup of soda filled with half whipped cream & half Oreo shake.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!
