the most disgusting, dirty place ever. The employee staff are always rude and so unprofessional.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place, definitely needs to be shut down. For starters, they do not abide by ServSafe standards. No gloves? No mask? They drop food, or bags and will pick back up and act like it did not happen.I've come by the drive thru at different hours, but although they are supposed to be open 24 hrs; they will claim they are on break and are unable to take your order until a certain time.Excuse I heard was,"My coworker is on break so we can't prepare any orders." When I asked if one person couldn't manage to make a breakfast sandwich, the employee said they needed to wait until their coworker came back. Sounds sketchy to me.They also always seem to make a mistake when preparing orders. Something is ALWAYS missing. And not worth the drive back. If you do happen to go back, they will offer no apology, ignore you, and treat you like a nuisance. They are all rude. Especially the manager. Apart from having no customer service,.They are stingy with sauce and will only give you one sauce per five pieces ofnuggets, etc..AVOID AVOID AVOID this location AT ALL COSTS.Save your money, and time. Jack in the box near the airport is so much better.
I love here fish sandwich Ive been there 4 times in a week just for their fish sandwich
I like coming over here during my break and that's between 2-4 am I always try to order something and they say the computer is updating I usually have to wait 30 minutes till they finally take my order if it wasn't for that long wait ide five star you

It's a great french restraunt Jaque in le carton.. but the breakfast foods are great all day..
The 2 stars are for the food. Great food. So we came in to Jack in the box around 8pm to 9pm and got our order in and then it was ready. But the floor leaders personal lifes were way more important than handing us our food. After I reminded them. They told me to wait and they will get it ready when they're ready. So I watched my food get older and colder. I will not return to this location for awhile but I love Jack so I'll go to the other ones and enjoy the great ? HOT ? food I love ? so much. 5 STARS FOR THE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!
Waited over 40 mins in line and the curly fries weren’t even that good. Hope I can get some on the house to make up for this past experience. (:
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Lady taking the order was RUDE and unprofessional! Lady handling our food wasn’t wearing a mask… they gave us the wrong order and to top it off the bread was harder than a Rock!!! Ended up having to throw the food away… We will never be going back there! They need to train their employees on proper etiquette, customer service, and food handling… made many attempts to call and got no answer…
TERRIBLE SERVICE. STUCK UP RUDE MANAGER AT BORONDA/SAN JUAN GRADE. I waited half an hour just to order my food and another 15 to recieve it. I ordered an ice water with my meal in which they said they needed to charge me for it. I said okay, they then forgot to give it to me. I go to the door because there's another 15 cars waiting hours in line. (called multiple times with no answer..)The manager ignores me and I had to walk to the window. She is extremely rude and told me they did not charge me for it and refused to give it to me or let me order a new one. HOW LAZY CAN YOU BE TO NOT GIVE SOMEONE A WATER.
