930pm time frame. Only drive through is open. Lots of cars. 15 minutes to reach the speaker. 10 minutes pass with no service. I'm ok with this as there are still vehicles in front of me waiting. Another 10 minitues go by and the cars in front of me clearly get helped. I start to ask for assistance. No reply. 5 minutes. There are no more cars. I walk up to the window. They tell me their system was down and they'll help me out soon. Waiting. They finally help. They're out of the item (popcorn chicken) I wanted. I order something else.Initially, I was only going to rate my experience on their survey website complaining about the lack of customer service until...!Another person ordered online. I tell them that one of the items was what I initially wanted but they were out so they might be somewhat disappointed. We arrive and the wait is much more bearable. They acknowledge the order. I comment about how amazing it is they received a shipment withing the past hour and a half. I'm perfectly fine if they found it "offensive" given their discontent in handing over the food. And I'm pretty sure they lied yet again about running out of their flimsy cup holders in what may be a spiteful move.
Once we drove to the speaker, they were quick to ask if we were ready to order we asked for a few mins, cashier was polite and said to take our time. We order, drove to the window, we were checking our food we released they gave us French fries when we asked for curly fries, Jenny the cashier was very nice and quick to reply with “oh you did no problem coming right up” didn’t even question us or asked for recipes. She just went straight to the solution. Thank you Jenny, you’re awesome!!
Usually like it but the order taker/manager was really dismissive. I just want to get my order right.
I come to this Jack in the Box because it's the closest to the freeway.With that being said... the customer service is decent. Usually only order in the drive through. This particular time I was there. The person in from of me left because we had been waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to attend us through the speaker. Dine in was not busy so I cannot say why it took so long.The food was hot when received, decent amount of time.I have not liked the coffee here in the past. Also, they consistently run out of mayo packets.
this store always makes bad orders.one night the girl taking orders said i could not order cuz there was not a cook.The next night tgere was an issue with the kitchen coumd not order food.Befor that ordering from inside four workers there ,it took ten minutes to get acknolegedwith a be with you in a minute ten minuteslater i just walked out.Always issues there.So i just go to Wendys down the street so much organized....
Girl at drive thru window very rude didnt catch her name ordered 8 tacos and asked for extra hot sauce she has 4 packets and threw em in the bag and I said any I have more please she grabbed some and shoved the bag out the window...this is not the 1st time her rudeness has been at drive thru...tacos were good thou
It is the worst jack in the box in the area waited hours in line for them to tell us they were only accepting door dash orders unprofessional didn’t have the decency to come out and tell the long line waiting of cars that they were only accepting door dash and I get to the drive thru window just to hear the employees laughing
Courtesy, Courtesy is what we as customers expect, it's what I received.As customers we don't always appreciate the people on the other side of the counter.I always try to and appreciate the service.
Food is always cold
2am they keep light on like on business but they not. No restrooms no business if u don’t want business closed down don’t waste customers time closed down let others hang businesses please
