Extremely slow. Slowest service I've ever been to. This is infact not fast food. To top it off, with a wait so long maybe you'd expect the food quality to be a bit better. You would be very wrong, infact this is the worst I've witnessed. One star.
How do u sell burger with no beef Patty's. I order Jack in the box thru door dash n I get bums n sauce. Where is the patty. ?? How is this ok should just notify for refund . . Struggle is real
Young kids working the drive thru mostly I have to say they are competent. Stop by every morning for coffee and tea.
The wait for the drive thru was surprisingly very long, but the cust service cashier lady was nice friendly

Received cold food. When I went to get an exchange, the staff member touched the new food with bare hands (no gloves). This was the same staff member that was handling money at the cashier. Back when I worked in food service, I was always trained to handle food with gloves.
The employees were very professional and curtious. They made me feel at home in a nice atmosphere. The menu was pretty reasonable, to my surprise.The place was very well maintained. So I give it 5 stars for my experience their.
It was unpleasant. The manager and staff are unpleasant and dont follow any health procedures and the store is not xcean.
For the most part they try to get orders out quickly. The place definitely can use a Renovation but the service is good.
