Service was good. Other than the shrimp Vietnamese rolls the food was ok. The pho broth was bland. If your hungry and just looking for a quick bite, come here and get the rice plates and Boba. Don't bother with the soup.
I really love this place. The Food is delicious. I always get the chicken salad and pot stickers.
The fresh spring rolls were not so fresh; I feel like I could have broken a window with one. The pho was decent, however.
Third and last time I have come out here and disappointed. This place started out awesome pre pandemic, Since then they are always out of something ( i.e today they didn't have most flavors of boba , no beef items) at 3 pm on a Saturday ??? This is begging for bad reviews My prior visit was on a Friday afternoon and no more chicken items on the menu that time !. I'm now across the street and trying out a noodle house . I'll post a update on it later.
The kids that work there are very selective. They need more training on their guest service skills.
I placed an order & during the time having dinner inside this restaurant I noticed an animal crawling in the floor noticing theres a roach in the bathroom I came out the bathroom turned the left facing the backdoor noticed roaches inside the restaurant coming outside from the backdoor leading to the hallway of the mall. Unfortunately I can't give a good rating this place, chopstick & the mall needs to be exterminated.
Worst Service ever! The waitress are awful. They were serving other people first that came after us, and we were asking for our drinks and they weren't bringing them, but they were bringing them to other people that came after us. If I would be able to give no stars for their service I would give them no stars. Worst Customer Service place i've ever been to.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and fresh spring rolls.Delicious. Was fast and good. Recommend this place for pho. Young kids running the show. They were nice and hospitable. They just need to learn to cleanup after some one leaves a messy table. They were just sitting at a table chillin while there were dirty dishes and things on tables. Not a good sight when youre eating.
When we first walked in the waitress just tells us to sit wherever we want to sit. We walk in and as we try to find a table every single table in the small restaurant is full of dirty dishes from previous customers. And then we see three people at the register and not one of them was attempting to pick up and clean the dishes they were just chit chatting at the register. It looked like no one had picked up the dirty dishes from the tables for hours. Who wants to sit in a table and eat their food when you are surrounded by dirty tables and dirty dishes that not only does not look pretty but does not smell appetizing? Awful service and full of incapable people trying to run a restaurant.
