Chipotle is pretty much Chipotle anywhere you go but somehow I have regular issues with online ordering with this particular store and I routinely have to give them over 30 minutes for online pick up orders because they are either understaffed or don’t get the order at all.
Service was meh, the place is a mess, the to go casher was rude as hell and they were out of everything but steak. Unfortunately this is par for the course at this location. Better off driving to Marina Chipotle.
Customer service was horrible. Employees looked mad and had bad attitudes. The music was loud that it was hard to hear each other. They didn’t deserve a star at all.I don’t go to Chipotle all the time but every time I go, it’s always the same bad service.
[Zero Star] Ordered Via App: On 01/22/2022, pick 1300 hours, (Confirmation # 9CD-JA8) I ordered a Sofritas Bowl, with extra Sofritas ($3.30+), they not only completely messed up my order, they did not even give me the extra Sofritas portion, which i paid extra. The food portion was meager, I asked for extra Fajita Veggies, and Lettuce and they did not add any of that. The food was too salty. I felt like they gave me a sample of what should be in the Burrito Bowl for the price of full entrée with extra entrée. I was very disappointed in the service at this location. I would never order from this location again.Store owners don’t respond to this review with generic copy-paste to contact your HQ and tell them about your service; why don’t you fix the problem you have and take a look at how you train your employees the way they prepare the food. Your employees are a reflection of you; If this is your culture of shorting people for their food and giving them wrong items and not looking at the order, then you should copy-paste my review and send it to your HQ.Once again I will never order from your store again. My experience has always been great with staff and food but this Saturday who ever made the meat put too much lemon, not a pleasant flavor.
Awesome customer service, good food, clean kitchen/cooking area. Only reason not giving it a 5-star rating is recaudar t the trash cans were very full and no one went to take out in the hour I was there and the juice containers were almost all empty as well as the Coke zero. They were notified, but again, no one went.
The employees appear to be in a good mood, they are happy to serve and help with any questions customers may have.
Crews are nice but food too much salty.
Great place for a quick food. Not to expensive.
